Q: I went to open this rug pad for use on my LVP (luxury vinyl planking) and could finally view the entire label. It reads: "may not be suitable for vinyl". Does this mean it's not safe to use on LVP?

A: The Dura Pad PAD130 Power Loomed Indoor Rug Pad may not be suitable for vinyl as stated. I see you left a question on the PAD230 which does not have the warning and is safe for vinyl. Please feel free to return and exchange the PAD130 if the pad is not gripping the floor in the intended way.

Q: I just received my rug pad and I have rolled it out on my plank flooring. How do I get it to lay flat? It's buckling and I don't want to put the carpet on it before it lays flat.

A: To get the rug pad to lay flat, please trying laying it out reversed rolled. That is to lay it out the opposite way it came rolled as in the packaging.
