This sleeve has been essential to getting good contact between my knee and cold to control inflammation, including the lateral part of my knee where I have IT Band insertion site inflammation. That site is tricky because ice packs slip off so easily. The ice sleeve is a game changer. I love it! It is soft and flexible, even coming straight out of the freezer. Plus it also works for the anterior shin. Would recommend buying one size up. Highly recommend it!

This is a great ice sleeve, I am using it for tennis elbow. I am giving it 4 stars because it could use some kind of outer wrap to keep it colder longer. But it is really easy to pull on and it stays in place incredibly well!
