This is a great ice sleeve, I am using it for tennis elbow. I am giving it 4 stars because it could use some kind of outer wrap to keep it colder longer. But it is really easy to pull on and it stays in place incredibly well!

I’m three weeks post knee surgery and loving my ice sleeve. It’s so convenient to be able to walk with it on. I’d be careful what size you order. I’m 5’6” 135 lbs and the M/L is pretty tight on me.
