Still sussing it out - I've never taken protein shake or creatine in my life. It's been a week, I'm giving it another week to really understand the effect on my body. So far though, I can't complain. I did opt for this option to avoid bloating and gas.

This has been the protein I always use for the past few years. I've made gains and the flavor is perfect. Plus it's vegan and I plan all of my macros around it. Recently noticed target stopped stocking it, which is pretty sad. I can't walk to the store to restock, I'll have to drive somewhere. I might just order online now.

Strange side effect.
To start I have used other Vega Sport Protein and products for over 10 years. I believe in creatine and was excited for this product. When I received it I was happy with the taste, better than the old version, Vega Sport. Unfortunately, a few days after taking it once a day I started having muscle twitches and cramps. I have used other creatine products so I am not sure why. I stopped taking it and tried again several months later with the same experience.

Good creatine experience
I like the product and I like the creatine is not adversely reacting with my stomach or any bloating. It also does not cause my blood pressure to spike as other ones I've tried do. I am hoping for good results with recovery from long hard workdays!

New favorite protein powder
it tastes pretty fire, mixes well even without the blender ball. definitely will be grabbing this from now on. it tastes better than the wheybolics at GNC, better texture as well. some may not like the slight grainy texture but it's a smooth flavor, I prefer this to it being clumpy like the other brands, and the after taste is good as well. doesn't bloat after so that's also a plus
