Loved it until...
Pulled the drawer after it had beeped my food was done and the plastic knob and front pannel completely detached from the metal basket. The plastic pieces around the screws melted and there is no way to repair it. Gone.

Problematic nonstick
Worked fine but the nonstick coating on the tray is very problematic. It gets black and grease coated after a few uses. There is no way to clean it without destroying the non-stick coating and making it harmful for use. You can use paper liners, but then its stops being an air fryer without the air flow from all sides, and is just an oven. This is a major design flaw. The rack could easily be stainless steel, or enamel coated, which is far more durable and less poisonous to humans. Not sure why this easy to use appliance had to be ruined by this flaw. Like I'm just supposed to throw it away now??

Best air fryer I have ever owned
I have had multiple air fryers and this one is the best! I do not get why it has bad reviews. It is a seamless efficient design so you can quickly set your preferences. It looks great and best of all it cooks food well. I cannot recommend this air fryer more!

IT WORKS WELL FOR ME! I LOVE IT.
I’ve had this air fryer for over 2 years and it still works very well, almost too well 😆. I make sure to unplug it after every use and clean it often. It’s very powerful and heats up quickly. Did I mention it’s GORGEOUS! I’ve gotten several compliments on it. I’m saddened by the bad reviews because it works so well for me. One of the best purchases I’ve made for my home.

I bought the double sided air fryer this brand and just over one year it stops working. The start bottom doesn’t work. It sucks because it is nice looking but it lacks durability.

Do not buy!
This product lasted about a year and then stopped working. It shut off in the middle of cooking and will not turn back on. Target could not help and told me to contact the company, but the company website no longer exists and there is no customer service contact. Do not buy.

Lasted less than 2 months
Stopped working after less than 2 months. I started using it mid October. Noticed on December 2nd the power button was off. Tried plugging it into several different outlets. Nothing. 8lb piece of trash. I really liked the look of it from the photos and it did blend into the kitchen better than a black one. But the drawer just slides against the metal on the bottom and it just felt cheap.

Not worth it.
Looks nice, but not worth the money. It requires preheating so add 10 minutes to everything. I had mine for less than a year before one of the back corners popped up and the display developed a crack. Didn’t bother with trying to get warranty service because of a lackluster support experience after I started having issues with the tray - ever so conveniently I was too close to the egregiously short window for my claim to be processed. Pay a little more for something with better support, better quality and a better warranty.

I purchased the CRUXGG 10QT Trizone Air Fryer and it stopped working after five months of normal use. When I reached out for help, customer service refused to honor the warranty or offer a replacement. I supported this brand because I believed in it, but this experience completely changed my mind. Poor quality, poor service, and no accountability — I won’t be buying from them again.

Bad customer service from Target
i Bought the dualzone one from TARGET, it lasted 5-6 months. The safety pin/swith linked to the basket broke and target customer service oper the phone said to take it to the store and when i got there they refused to help me since I didnt have a receipt. The companies customer service is not available so I ended up throwint it away.

Don't waste your $$-- won't last a year
DO NOT BUY! Had this for 8 months to the day and it stopped working mid cooking. Wasn’t overheating, not maxed out with food. Zero warning. Bought to support the brand but should’ve spent a little more on a more reliable air fryer!

Don't buy
I bought this and tried to use it for the first time it did not heat up. I contacted the company for the warranty. They offered to give me a refund. I did not want a refund. I wanted an air fryer. I have to cut the cord in order to get a refund I would not recommend.
