I have been using it quite often and can say that this pan is amazing I use it almost everyday and it still looks brand new. It’s design is also amazing it’s nice sleek and looks very professional.

Although the heat distribution is great ut seems that things stick easily unless you use a good bit of cooking spray or oil. Not so great for healthier lifestyles. I did appreciate that it went from stove top to oven seamlessly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all my KitchenAid products and this 5-quart saute pan with a lid is a bullseye! Easy to use when cooking stews or curries, I don’t have to pull out a big pot to fit a recipe with a lot of ingredients. This pan doesn’t have any plastic parts (like a lid or pan handle) so it can go from stovetop to oven or broiler up to 500 degrees making this pan very versatile. Some brands don’t include a lid with the pan and would be a separate purchase at more expense, this saute pan comes with a lid which is convenient, you don’t have to hunt down a lid that may or may not fit on the pan.

The pan is extremely durable and so easy to use and so easy to clean. This has been a game changer in my cooking experience.

This pan is AMAZING! I was so excited when I received it and couldn’t wait to cook dinner with it. She is a heavy, sturdy, well made pan. The size it perfectly for cooking fried chicken, pork chops or even a pasta dish…really anything you can imagine. I have only owned aluminum sauté pans and always find that in time, the nonstick performance fades. I simply can not imagine the happening with this stainless steel pan. It is even made with Lumiseal that ensures easy cleaning and nonstick cooking that also removes impurities such as iron. Call me impressed! I will be using and loving the KitcheAid 5 Qt Sauté Pan with Lid for many years to come!

This stainless steel sauté pan 5qt is perfect for those meals and others. It cooks evenly due to the three layer aluminum core. The handle is PVD coated cast stainless-steel that resists scratching. The lid fits perfectly and has a nice large handle. I am so happy with this pan! The pot isn’t hard to clean, some think stainless steel, that everything sticks to the bottom. If something sticks, I add water and a drop of dish detergent and put back on heat. After dinner and the pan has soaked, everything comes out easily. For a long time I’ve used Bar Keepers powder on all our stainless, keeps them shiny! It is dishwasher safe, but I’ll only wash by hand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It definitely has pros and cons for me. It doesn't have the nonstick coating I'm used to, and you can't use sharp utensils on it. It says its dishwasher safe, but they suggest you wash it by hand, with no special cleaners or abrasives. You also need pot holders on hand for the lid and handle, all of it gets pretty hot. I do like the even cooking and versatility of it. I mean, you can cook just about anything in this and it really cooks it evenly and nicely. Great for one pot dinners or a three course breakfast all out if the same pan. We like it, and will definitely put it to use.

I have made alfredo and other family style meals in it and had no issues with sticking or things burning ti the pan, it is a good brand and the pan will last a lifetime! I can pass it on to my child when they start to cook.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan is a great value. Let me start by stating that I own one of the more expensive other brand “clad” pans in the same size. This KitchenAid is heavier, which means more material for better heat distribution and retention. What’s not to love—it distributed heat evenly, and cleans up easily, if you do your part. The key is to let it heat up dry for a couple minutes, then add your oil and let that heat up. Then when you add your food it is largely non stick, without the questionable non-stick coatings. Clean up is easy, and most of the time we just pop it into the dishwasher and it comes out fantastically clean. The only caveat is that in this size, this pan is heavy (which is a good thing in my book), but just know that going in and size down if needed. Love this pan.

I have used it to make omelets, hash browns, pancakes, etc. It's easy to use. Easy to clean. Easy to store in my cabinets. I will get another pan like this.
