A leg broke, and Delta Children customer service no response
Three months of regular use one of the leg is cracked and made the whole structure unstable. Tried contacting Delta Children for warranty two weeks ago and we have no resolution yet, we are not offered replacement part or a way to purchase one. Bad quality and worse warranty program

Pretty but cheap.
Esthetically, it’s pretty but that’s where the positive things end. It’s low quality (parts came scratched up) and if you have a dog like we do, dog hair attracts to the material like crazy. I would honestly have asked for a refund if we had noticed the scrapes prior to putting the entire thing together. If you’re able to afford a more expensive crib, do it.

Strong VOC Smell for over a week
The crib looks pretty and everything, but what’s the point if it’s not baby safe ? It’s been off gassing VOC smell for days on end now. I don’t feel safe putting my baby into it. I already threw parts of the packaging, but I’m going to see if I can return it anyway. It’s toxic and unusable. What a royal waste of time.

I really love the crib. Great quality and build but it has a strong chemical smell… it’s been about 2 weeks now but still there. Unfortunately threw the box out after building but the only downfall is the chemical smell. I have tried wiping down with cleaner and stuff so hopefully that dies down before baby comes.

Bad chemical smell
Really strong chemical/paint smell during unboxing. It makes other rooms nearby smell bad too. We didn't even bother to assemble it, its going straight back.
