    Beautiful pan

    Aesthetically beautiful, nice sold heavy weight without being too heavy like cast iron. First use and it was lovely, food slid around without issue. Looking forward to many years. I use a stir fry pan all the time so it’ll be interesting to see how it holds up.

    An AMAZING addition!

    These pans have changed our cooking in more ways than we had anticipated and very much for the better. Browns much better than our stainless or cast iron with easy easy cleanup and little oil - fish skins, potatoes, onions, mushrooms. And warming leftovers or cooking veggies is a snap. Really - everything is easier - to control the results and do the wash up. We have starting reaching for these pans and putting others in storage.

    Stir Fry Pan

    Perfect Stir Fry

    So pretty, the sage green look great. I also have an older cream colored one & I like this one more. It makes the perfect stir fry with fried rice. Good purchase if you like stir fry. I also cook eggs off it & the clean up is easy. I didn’t take care of my first Caraway pan, but this one I definitely am.
