Tastes like cream of wheat
These were very interesting. They did remind me of cream of wheat with the taste and texture. It is sweet and does have that sugar free after taste. When I went to take them out of my pancake maker, they do fall apart. The taste isn’t bad but it wouldn’t be my first choice. It does of 6 grams of fiber per serving so that was good.

Meh. I’ve had better.
Meh. For gluten free, I didn’t care for these pancakes. I prefer other gluten free pancake mixes. Flavor just wasn’t it for me. Although these might be great for someone on keto. I received this product for free for reviewing it.

Delicious high protein pancakes!
We made these as pancakes for breakfast today. My picky teens loved these. The texture was nice and fluffy. The pancakes tasted sweet even without any syrup on them. I like that these can be made as single serve and then save the rest of the mix for another day. We can’t wait to make these again.

Sweet Logic
If you're on a special diet and looking for this type of product, give it a try. I used this mix and the recipe on the back to make a single serving of 3 pancakes. It came together quickly with an egg, 1 T oil, 3 T water, and cooked quickly in a skillet on my stovetop. I didn't use syrup, just a little butter, and found the taste to be very slightly sweet which was totally fine with me. Sometimes stevia has a weird taste and I didn't notice anything unpleasant here. You can see how my batter looked in the attached picture. It's grainy as expected because of the almond flour. The finished pancakes don't look much like the fluffy stack pictured on the package. You won't fool anyone into thinking these are normal pancakes, but if you are following a special diet this might be a good alternative for you.

Would pass
I had high hopes for this pancake mix but it just fell flat in my opinion. Upon opening it had a nice sweet vanilla smell but the mix itself is more like almond flour and slightly clumpy. The bag did not reseal at all for me due to powder stuck in the zip track which was frustrating. And once made, the pancakes we just ok. I think I wound pass on this going forward and just buy regular pancake mix.

Surprised by flavor
My kids raved over these pancakes. Packed with ingredients you can read/understand. Protein packed and gluten free! Amazing flavor, consistency and quality for the $$$. Will tell my sil to buy this on her next grocery run!

Not for me
This product is just ok un my opinion. Its consistent with almond flour products in taste and texture. The one thing I didnt like was the sugar alternative. I had to break apart all of the clumps, which took an extra few minutes, and was annoying. The package is also not great, the almond flour caked into the seal which makes it difficult to reseal. I dont think this is worth my money.

Nutty Pancakes
The pancakes are hard to cook. Just like many gluten free pancakes they burn on the outside and are raw in the middle. I like the nutty flavor but my kid that must be gf did not like the texture or taste. I tried the waffles and the burnt. I tried the pancakes with flax seed instead of expansive eggs but that made them way harder to cook.

Pancakes review
These are really good. I had protein powder to them to up the protein content, and they still taste really great. They mixed up well and cooked up nice. Topped with sugar-free syrup. Would definitely recommend.

Just okay
I really wanted to love this pancake mix because of it being gluten free but I could not get past the “eggy” smell. After mixing the batter, the batter had strange brown speckles in it that the pictures on the package did not. I doubled the mixture and it made about 6 mini waffles/pancakes. The flavor was good but I did not enjoy the texture or smell. It made a very “crumbly” waffle.

Keto friendly pancakes
Om currently on the keto shred but i have oche"cheat day". Decided to go with a healthy keto friendly pancake option. These pancakes so not disappoint. i added a little vanilla oatmilk creamer to give it a little ump. Delicious!

Tasty, like vanilla cake
These were great gut wise and also tasty. They were kinda sweet, like vanilla cake, not really like a regular pancake. Overall for a high protein low sugar pancake. It had good flavor. I also added cinnamon and that worked well with the vanilla.

I was super pumped about this pancake mix because I’m trying to cut down on sugar, and there aren’t many pancake mixes out there that are low in sugar. When I first looked at the ingredients, I was a bit worried because it’s different from other pancake mixes I’ve had. I was right to be skeptical. The pancakes turned out to be super eggy and heavy, not fluffy like you’d expect from a pancake. I didn’t really like the taste, and I think it’s not worth the lower amount of sugar. But hey, my two-year-old loved them!

Great Pancake & Waffle Mix
This pancake and waffle mix from Sweet Logic has 14g of protein. It was easy to prepare for the waffles, just add the mix with an egg, water and oil. It is keto-friendly and gluten free. My family enjoyed these waffles.

Great gluten free mix
I really like this pancake and waffle mix. I was unsure being low sugar and gluten-free, but I was pleasantly surprised with the texture and the taste. It’s so wonderful that it gives you singleserving options so you don’t have to make more than you need and so simple to make two or three pancakes at a time.

High fat, uses Allulose as a form of sweetener
Did not realize that this product was going to have 20 grams of fat per serving, and is sweetened with 16 grams of Allulose. Also the 14g of protein comes when you mix in the ingredients, dry this is 8g of protein. This is far from a clean product, so I did not open it. Really disappointed. I do like that its base in almond flour, but the fat content will keep me from trying this product.

Yummy & I love the low sugar aspect!
Yummy!! I love the low sugar aspect of this product. My 6 year old son loves this new pancake mix. Easy to use and cook and love the flavor of these pancakes. I like the packaging as well, no box.

Keto pancake mix
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but these pancakes exceeded my expectations! The flavor was really good, and the texture was spot on—not too dense or dry like some other keto options. I could taste the sugar substitute, but it wasn’t overpowering or unpleasant. Overall, a great keto-friendly pancake mix that I’ll definitely be using again!

Smells amazing. Weird texture.
When I opened the bag, I LOVED the smell that came out! The texture after I mixed all of the ingredients together on the other hand, I did not love. I was a little weary but gave it a go. They definitely didn’t turn out looking like your typical pancakes. The texture is a little grainy and gritty but they do taste quite good! I ended up mixing the batter with some regular pancake batter and they were super good!!
