BLACK+DECKER TR3500SD Rapid Toast 2-Slice Toaster, Stainless Steel

Brand new out of the box it doesn't work correctly. Each side of the toaster only browns one side. Turn the heat up and black on one side and just starts browning the other side.

I like things that are simple to operate. Medium cost for toaster. Looks good also.

It was working for a while until it stops. Maybe about 6 month owning this toaster, it’s starting to break on me. It took almost 5 minutes to toast a frozen waffles when it used to take me maybe 2 minutes. I won’t recommend this product to anyone. Waste of money.

Takes a ridiculous amount of time to toast your english muffins to get a golden brown crust. I had to turn it all the way up and drop it twice while pulling them out halfway through the 2nd drop.

bought this toaster on the comments on how good it was so I bought one it does toast fast which is very nice but ours toast normal on one side an the other side has to be turned around in toaster an toasted again it doesnt toast on the one side

This is my second time to purchase this toaster. We liked how fast it toasted. It started not toasting after a yr of owning it. So I went and bought another one. This one seems like a lot cheaper version. Plus it definitely is not toasting right. Part of the bread is cooked, part is not, and the other is burnt. Very unsatisfied with it. Tried to find an e-mail address to contact the company but could not.

At first I did not realize it was 50% faster, therefore I burnt the toast twice & set off my alarms in my NEW moved in apartment (great right? I'm sure they love me now). I realize the common sense I lost and toasted this on the lowest setting possible and yet it still set off my fire alarms. I tried this again today on the lowest setting after checking the entire toaster AGAIN to make sure nothing was in or around it and yet a 4th time for sure the fire alarms went off with the toast barely being toasted. I would not recommend this- the bacon I was cooking did not set off my alarms.

The temperature control is good; in addition, if you feel you need to 'pop' the toast before the timer is up, there is a special button for that. I tried using bagels in it but it's a tad too small and the pieces got stuck. However, for a couple of slices of toast at a time, it is a good product.

This toaster was purchased as a gift to replace a toaster that was toasting darker on one side of the bread than the other. This toaster is even worse; burns one side while the other side is lightly golden. It is a disappointment. In addition the dial's number setting is very difficult to read.

This is great when I am in a hurry. It Has a button for bagels, frozen food, and regular bread. It also has a crumb tray that keeps the crumbs neatly in place for cleaning. I just love it!

I like that it is easy to keep clean and looks great in my kitchen. I find it easy to defrost bread/bagels using the toaster. I also like that it is not complicated to use. I honestly feel this is a great product and replaced my other name brand toaster.
