Love the trash can and support we got.
Love this trash can, and even after we had an issue with the lid breaking within the first year, HMS sent us out a replacement lid and were extremely helpful and accommodating. Will certainly continue to deal with Hefty and HMS in the future. THANKS YALL!

Great product and great customer service
Have two of these trash cans in my kitchen, one for regular trash and the other for recycleables. The lid springs on one broke. The customer service department sent me replacements and it works like new again. Thank you!

I just want to say how glad I am that I was able to order a replacement lid for this trashcan. I was afraid I'd have to buy a whole other trashcan plus the lid, but I called the customer service number, and for about six bucks, a lid came to my door. Yay!

Love the Touch Lid
I bought this pail for the size and ease of opening and closing of the lid. It suits my family’s needs perfectly. The lid lock broke after only having pail for a few months but the customer service representative that responded to my issue was quick in responding and had a new lid sent to me in a very timely manner.

Product very good - Service even better
I purchased this bin on a Tuesday and received it the very next day. The unfortunate part is that it arrived lacking the springs which make the lid functional. I wrote the company asking where I could find these exact springs. I assumed I would never hear back (And I didn’t), but to my surprise, just 4 days later 2 springs arrived in the mail ! It is this kind of customer service (Rare these days) which will make me a lifetime customer. Thank you Hefty and HMS!

This is a great product but unfortunately, the touch lid broke after many uses. I called to report the problem and was told the lid could be replaced...and within a few days I received a new lid in the mail. I was very, very pleasantly surprised! Great Service!!

Sleek, easy to operate
I bought this eight months ago. It has worked out well, but unfortunately the peg broke that held one of two springs of the lid. And I reordered the lid. Glad it was still available. Service was fantastic. Replaced lid free, since it didn’t last a year.

We bought this trashcan a few years ago because it fits perfectly in my hairy small kitchen and with the lid it makes it easy for cooking and also keeps the cats and the dog out of the trash unfortunately the one spring broke but I decided to contact you to get a replacement and lo and behold you not only sent me one but for now I am beyond happy thank you so much for making a great product and have a wonderful day

This is the correct trash can I have in my kitchen, not the black one. I'm in a wheelchair. After I cook or fix a plate or bowl of food to eat, it's great to place the food in the container on the flat top of this trash can. Food would spill onto the floor if the trash can had a slanted or round top. The touch lid is nice as well so I can quickly throw away stuff. Thanks so much for providing this nice trash can! Dwan

I had bought this barrel a few months back and LOVED it, recently the handle broke. I emailed customer service about this issue and they quickly sent me out a new handle no questions asked. I have since replaced the handle and continue to love the this product.

large and wonderful closing lid
I bought this trash can a few months ago. I love, love, love it. It holds a lot, keeps trash out of site and odors out of room. The lid started to pop open, and this Company replaced the lid. I couldn't believe it. A Company that does not forget their customers, and cares.
