Description

Sun Zero Aria Curtain Panel Pairs provide the ultimate in light blocking technology coupled with magnetic closures to keep out even the harshest of light while bringing an elegant urban sophistication to any room of your home. Sun Zero Extreme Blackout technology is laboratory tested to block out 100% of light, reduce outside noise by up to 45%, and decrease energy lost through your windows by up to 50%. Comfort is optimized with thermal properties that help keep summer heat and winter chill out of your home. Hidden back tabs allow for easy slide-through installation on curtain rods up to 1.5" in diameter. Hang in your entertainment room to eliminate screen glare and reduce distracting outside noise, or in your bedroom for enhanced privacy and a sounder, more uninterrupted sleep. Pair includes 2 white panels, each measuring 52" width by 63" length. Measure carefully before selecting your desired size and quantity. Rod not included. Machine wash cold on gentle cycle. Use non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry on low heat, using a cool iron as needed.

    Blackout Curtain Panels

    I was looking for light pink curtain panels. Unfortunately, these were more of a dusty rose color. There is a very limited selection of draperies in store (for several locations), hence I had to shop on-line. Difficult to tell color(s). This is the second pair of curtain panels that were returned because of this reason. Therefore, I will be shopping elsewhere.

    Great curtains but not 100% blackout

    These curtains are a great value. Nice fabric and I love the magnetic closure! My only disappointment is that they are not 100% blackout. When the sun shines directly on windows, it comes through the curtains (see pictures showing this). However I decided to keep them anyways because they still make the room dark enough for sleeping.

    Weren't WHITE, more like light grey

    I really really wanted these to work for us, seemed like a great product with the blackout and magnet features but the white color was NOT white, it was more of a light grey. Normally I would try to make it work but the white & cream items in the room made it very obvious that these weren't white. Such a bummer! (I think the black from the back of the curtain is showing through the white fabric). I would recommend but not in white.

    Do not buy!!

    I have no idea why Target is carrying this. These have a black backing fabric and still are not (at all) light blocking. You can see in the second photo where I seamed it to fit the window: where the fabric is doubled by me it’s blackout. Otherwise it’s just light filtering. I would rate the light blocking at the level of the $10 ones from Brightroom. Also the fabric is really cheapo and the seams are not straight. We’ve got another set of the Threshold recycled polyester ones and they’re great, so will be sticking with those.

    Exactly what I was looking for! The magnets line up on their own, you don't have to force them, just close like you would a normal curtain and they come together. Material is thick and heavy quality, I already have noticed a difference in temperature regulation at the window I have them at. I've also noticed that cat fur doesn't cling to them like most curtains I've had.

    Disappointed

    Magnets only on one side of the pair of curtains, which means our 106” area isn’t actually magnetized together. There’s not an easy way to add magnets to the other sides without cutting and restitching fabric, which I wish I had known before I hung them up. Doesn’t do a great job blocking light or heat/cold like other curtains we own, and overall pretty thin.

    True blackout curtains, appear well-made.

    True blackout curtains. I love the magnet closure when you shut them. I’m so happy with them in my son’s nursery that I’ll be buying a pair for my own bedroom. The exterior is a satin-like finish and has a slight sheen which I find very pretty. I wouldn’t use them in a living area because I prefer a more natural material like linen or cotton but that’s just a personal preference. Stitching looks quality and I expect they will last and won’t pill. I haven’t tried to get the wrinkles out yet.
