Breaks easy griddy texture

Follows the directions I would say it’s a little more griddy and it breaks very easy . It won’t make a solid cookie it’s more like crumbled cookies lol . But it is ok for gluten free .

Fun and delicious with kids

I made these with the kids and it was fun. I subbed an egg for the apple sauce becauseI didn't have any apple sauce and it came out great! The packaging was great.
