How To Use:
1. Ensure the roller head is securely inserted into the unit before use. Do not use without the roller head attached.
2. Turn ON by using the button on the front and gently glide over hard skin. The dead skin will gradually exfoliate. Do not press too hard or the device will stop.
3. Turn device OFF and check feet to see if the desired smoothness has been achieved – if not, repeat process. WARNING: Do not use in the same area for more than 3-4 seconds at a time. STOP if skin becomes sore or inflamed.
4. Wipe or rinse feet to remove excess dead skin particles.
5. Thoroughly dry skin and apply moisturizer.

I've tried so many things for the calluses on my heels (professional callus-removing pedicures included) with little luck. Tried this file for the first time last night and my heels are softer than they've been in YEARS. I spent about 10 minutes on each foot, and while they're not perfect, it got rid of all the scratchy bits and they look presentable for sandal-season.

I went to go use it a second time and it just won't turn on. I have swapped out several different brands of batteries and nothing has helped. Be cautious when buying this because it may be a one-time use

I struggled with thick, calloused soles for years. During the summer I use pumice stone and a heel shaver almost daily in the shower. My feet always felt scratchy and gross. I found out about this and after using it for just a few minutes on each foot, my feet are softer than ever! I finally am not embarrassed of my feet, they actually look and feel normal and cute!

The only downside is when I initially opened the callus remover to put the batteries in, one of the silver battery prongs was completely broken off and shaking around loosely so I had to push it back down onto the the yellow base tightly.

Instantly see the dead skin just flake off as you exfoliate the hardened calluses leaving behind smoother skin plus it doesn’t hurt at all just tickles haha. Roller is easy to pop off for cleaning, will look into getting replacement parts when needed
