  • A: The regular Hydration Multiplier is technically for ages 1+, but the electrolyte levels can be too concentrated for young children; dilute it or consult a doctor. this is my favorite flavor! it is not sugar free but the flavor is right where it needs to be for me. not overpowering and does not give me heartburn. I got this because I am not a good water drinker but with liquidIV it goes down easy.

Absolutely LOVE

I have been a fan of Liquid IV for many years. I walk 8 mile routes 5 days per week at work and Liquid IV keeps me hydrated. Tried Water Boy before— too expensive and didn’t hydrate me like Liquid IV does. I am a HUGE fan of the cotton candy!! Absolutely love it!! Thank you for keeping me hydrated and on point. Works AMAZING for a hangover too!!
