Super sweet. I had to check and make sure I didn't pick up the wrong flavor because I can definitely taste coconut which I'm not a fan of. Thankfully, it's mild so I can deal with it but also would not purchase this flavor again. Follow the directions of using a blender or frother to mix. I thought I could treat it like my regular protein and throw it in the shaker bottle and - no! It's a clumpy mess! Thankfully I have a frother to use, but imagine if I didn't. I'd probably really regret this purchase. Overall, it's just okay. It helps me get in additional protein without feeling like I'm chugging milkshakes multiple times a day.

I find they mix better in a an actual blender then a shaker bottle. In the shaker bottle it's inconsistent as to how well it totally blends into the water. Either way, like I said, it's a refreshing change from your typical protein powders. Not gritty at all. I like the strawberry lemonade best so far.
