Warnings

Adults and children 12 years and older

Vigorously swish 20 milliliters (4 teaspoonfuls) of rinse between your teeth twice a day for 30 seconds and then spit out. Do not swallow the rinse.

I bought this yesterday it doesn’t give directions on whether to use before or after I use before bc I don’t want to wash away the fluoride from my toothpaste other than that it’s a cool mouth rinse I guess my gums have been sore recently kinda feel lumpy so I’m hoping it helps it makes my mouth feel minty and my breath just fresh!

Caused brown stain at gum line

I used it and immediately got brown staining all along my gum line after using this, used it 4 or 5 times more and each time it was worse, my hygienist was unhappy as am I. Not ok to sell this to us! My hygienist had to painstakingly scrape it off.

Teeth Discoloration

I bought a trial size of the healthy gums to test out and had no issues. I then decided to buy a 16oz of the deep clean oral rinse. This was the worst decision I made. My teeth are stained especially the bottom!They are now a brownish yellow color! Unfortunately I won’t be purchasing this product again. I thought I’d finally found a descent mouthwash.

So far still the quality product it always was.

I have been using this for many years and unlike the newly reformulated toothpastes, it is still a worthwhile product that so far I can trust. It is mild in flavor, non-irritating, and does not leave a bitter aftertaste. I hope they leave this one alone (and go back to the old toothpaste formulas).

Yellow staining!!

I was loving this mouthwash as my gums have been a problem lately. It was actually helping to improve my gum health but now my teeth are all stained yellow and I can't get the stains off. How do I make them go away??

Staining of teeth around gum lines

This product was working great for my gums. Now have developed stains around my gum lines. Why is this and what can I do to stop this and get rid of the stain

STAINING BEWARE

Why is no one talking about the horrible staining this mouthwash causes?? I used this mouthwash religiously for about 6 months and I’ve developed brown staining in between my middle bottom teeth as well as the front of my bottom teeth. If you look on the bottle it actually says it MAY CAUSE STAINING. Not worth it!!

Been using this for a year

I wanted to ensure i was providing the most accurate feedback by testing the Therabreath Healthy Gums Oral Rinse for a year. I used to have many issues regarding my gums as they would bleed occasionally. I had previously tried other products that would burn and i would not see any improvement. Within the first 3-6 months of consistently using this product ive noticed a drastic positive change in my gum health, my gums became less red and the bleeding and puffiness reduced. Now, at a year my gums and teeth feel amazing, i dont ever feel grimy, this product works! Ive paired this mouthwash with sensodyne and therabreath fresh breath toothpaste (alternate as i feel between the toothpastes), this mouthwash is exactly the remedy i needed to get my teeth and gums back in shape. Dentist office visits are now normal and have been a positive experience.
