Absolute garbage, don't waste your money.
I have never taken the time to review a product I didn't even spend money on, but this one is so bad I have to warn people who MIGHT buy one. I used this product at my parents over christmas, or rather, I tried to, because it is a piece of trash. It is built entirely of flimsy plastic, could see it breaking very easily, and so weak that it literally cannot spin while citrus is pressed on it (which kind of ruins the point of an electric juicer). We had to use it as a hand juicer only. My grandparents have a model they bought in the 1960s that STILL works to this day. Metal and ceramic parts are golden, this is crap. Save your money, this one won't even work brand new.

Stopped working after 2 limes
I juiced 2 limes and on the 3rd it just stopped working… just bought it too… this seems like a consistent problem In here?

Pretty good juicer -- use it every day.
This is the second time I've purchased this juicer. First one lasted 15 months before the small citrus cone cracked and failed. Replacement of the cone costs more than the entire replacement machine. Machine is good enough to try again.

Less work than the hand held non-electric ones
I just used this juicer for the first time today. I purchased it yesterday. We loved our fresh orange juice with pulp this morning. The only two negative things I have to say about the juicer are this: the cord could be a bit longer, and the cone reversing action is a bit tricky. However, in spite of these things we enjoyed a wonderful glass of juice.

Good Juicer
This is actually the second Black and Decker juicer that I've bought. The juicer works very well, but it has one small design flaw. There's a This is actually the second Black and Decker juicer that I've bought. While using the first juicer, I was attempting to unlock the carafe from the base, and the handle snapped off. There is an apparent design flaw with the two slots that lock the carafe in place, and it occasionally gets stuck. Therefore, I would advise not grabbing the carafe by the handle to twist it off. Otherwise, the juicer works great!

Great idea poor design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This juicer has plastic tabs which broke on first use. Attempts to order parts were futile. Attempts to register product and open an account were also frustrating. Poorly thought out design and even worse website.

Great product.
I bought this Wirh a thought of it’s probably not going to work. I love lemonade but it’s a pain to make. But not anymore. When I opened the box ane set the juicer up which was also very easy. The ease of juicing the lemons was wonderful. The juicer gave me all the juice from the lemons. BD juicer has claimed a place on the valuable much sought after counter space. Thank you foe such a great product.

Doesn’t work
I bought this juicer because it had a top review in New York Times wirecutter. Perhaps I have a lemon, but the juicer does not work. When I press on the cone with a lime or orange, the cone either jams intermittently or does not rotate at all. It makes a screeching sound. I would try a replacement if one was offered. If not, I’ll throw it away and buy a different brand. I have had great experiences with my other Black and Decker products (hand vacume cleaner, toaster). This is a huge fail.
