Best I have tried just dont smell them.
Iron supplements never taste great. These smell bad and the first second it’s not good but as soon as you chew it , it tastes good. So my advice don’t smell bottle and chew as quickly as possible. After that it tastes like a sweet tart. Works well. No GI side effects. Recommended

The only iron that doesn't cause constipation
There’s a much smaller amount of iron in them than the standard pill, but taking 2-3 a spaced out over the day is the only way I can take iron without setting off my IBS. I’m actually a bit annoyed with the comments about the taste. Such a first world complaint. They’re literally vitamins, not candy. You take them for a medical reason. I don’t think they taste good or horrible tbh…just chase it with your ACTUAL candy or snack. Just be aware that if you have an actual deficiency like I do, they don’t work as fast because there’s only 18-27mg per serving as opposed to 65mg and it’s also a different form of iron than standard tablets. However, they’re helping more than taking nothing. Biggest downside is price.

Okay so I read a TON of reviews before buying a bottle of these. After trying seven(!!) different supplements for my anemia, I was about to give up. Everything from the gummies to the flintstones were just gross. These however? these are wonderful. Now don’t get me wrong, they definitely don’t taste like a fruit punch skittle; but they’re not the atrocious strong flavor you get with other supplements that try to cover up the iron in them. These are a GAME CHANGER for me. They’re slightly less chalky than your typical Tums and half the size of one too. They also don’t cause that godawful constipation effect that some other iron pills do, and I don’t even take these with vitamin C! Highly recommend to all my fellow anemic girlies who are just looking for smth that isn’t vomit-inducing. Just don’t stick your nose right in the bottle to smell them.. that scent is something else!

Trust the reviews!
I read reviews before purchasing and there was many mixed reviews about the taste. I was hoping they were good but sadly they are not good at all. Immediately when I opened them they smelled awful, I tried one and was able to get it down with lots of water but the after taste was not good at all. Definitely will be returning and finding a different one.

My OB recommended that I take an iron supplement because my prenatal gummies don’t have iron in them. I read a lot of reviews before purchasing and since I don’t do well with pills I bought these chewable tablets. The taste is good I can easily chew and get them down without issue. I took them after breakfast and I feel good no upset tummy or nausea! I will note these are a pricier option as you only get a months worth of supplements but it’s worth it to not have adverse side effects!

Ive tried many iron supplements and so far this is my favorite. Ive always had iron deficiency and this is truly the only thing i will take because its easy, quick, and not bad tasting. It isnt the best tast but the previous iron supplements that I’ve had taste horrible if its edible and this one isnt bad at all. 5 stars!

I had a severe iron deficiency and am still on a journey to raise it to an appropriate level. I started taking these as directed about 3–4 months ago, and I’ve improved immensely. If they continue to work for me, I should be in a normal—or even better—range by the end of summer. Not only do these work well, but the fruity taste is pleasant too. (I purchased these off amazon)

The Olly delightful iron chewables are definite work in progress. I take other vitamins from Olly which are effective so I hope these are too. I am quite anemic, and therefore, I definitely need iron support. These chewables are easy to digest, the taste isn't too bad, but the texture is chalky once you start chewing. I like how there are less than 2 g of sugar per serving with the serving being two chewable tablets per day. I'll definitely continue to take these to see if my anemia/iron levels get better.

Works but needs to taste better
Only giving four stars because of the taste. It does work well, but you have to get over the fact that it taste like you’re chewing on throw up and trying to swallow it. The taste is absolutely horrendous. I’m definitely going back to my low iron pills that I used to take before this.
