    Wrong magnesium

    Magnesium citrate is a laxative. All these gummies make you do is have diarrhea. Magnesium glycinate is for relaxation.

    These gummies are great tasting and have a nice texture. The raspberry lavender is easy to take and coordinate into my bedtime routine. The magnesium citrate works better than others to absorb into your body. I have noticed a difference in my muscle tension and overall better nights sleep. They are effective and easy to take every night rather than a large pill. Love these gummies.

    Tasty and effective

    I have been using these gummies for about 3 months and give it a 4 star. They taste great and are easy to chew. The calming effect and sleepiness you get is a gradual process which I like it because it feels natural. The reason I wouldn't give it a 5 star is because I find the gummies very sticky on your teeth afterwards but it's nothing a quick brushing can't fix.

    So good and works great.

    My husband originally bought me this sample bag to use for a relaxing bath night and I found that it worked so well for me that I ended up buying a full container! Usually things without melatonin don't work for me but this worked so well and I felt amazing. I felt not only relaxed but I felt like I slept better at night! They taste just like candy too. Definitely recommend.

    Odd flavour decisions, but good vitamins

    Olly always makes things inviting! It's easy to remember these and the instructions are clear. It's a little confusing having to take 4 instead of the usual 2, for some reason. I'm not the biggest fan of the taste; despite my enduring love for both lavender and raspberry, it's a bit off in these. I think the sugary bits on the outside are just overwhelmingly sweet and overshadow the gummies' actual flavour. I've decided to stick with simple tablets, but my fiance has adopted these as his daily magnesium supplement and is very happy with them.
