It is a bad baby monitor 🥲 wanted to love it, but the signal is unreliable and it gets glitched without warning and the sound comes and goes, been woken up from my screaming baby across the house and then realising the monitor is not working again :(

The picture and clarity are great on this product. The company is extremely frustrating and disappointing though. Within a month this product wouldn't charge for me and with a brand new baby the company gave me alot of back and forth before finally sending a new product. Less than a year later the monitor would not hold a charge. I again emailed back and forth until they said they couldn't give a new monitor. I had to go out and buy a different product it was terrible

No motion detection
So disappointed I didn’t look more into this, I just assumed it would have motion detection as we have the home security with eufy and thought it would be the same.

Best on the market
Amazing product. I use it for my elderly mother day and night so when I’m out I can open the app and make sure she’s ok. She struggles using the phone so I can use the app to communicate with her all day. As soon as she calls out I receive a notification and I open the app to make sure she’s ok.

Great camera, some software improvements
Best baby camera we have tried, really good sound, and great app and video quality. Cons: no motion detection, recording capability is questionable, as it writes to an SD Card but doesn't retrieve well to watch things back.

Dont buy!
Terrible brand. The battery on their monitors doesn’t hold a charge after only a year. A quick read on Reddit will tell you this is a common problem. Their customer support is no help and they don’t sell replacement monitors. We recently bought an additional Eufy camera for a new room, so we now have two cameras without a functioning monitor. Don’t waste your money on this brand!

Camera quality is good, everything else is bad
I was really excited about getting this baby monitor, mostly for the picture quality (which sure enough, is great). However there are a lot of issues. The vocal detection doesn’t really work (baby will be crying and the monitor doesn’t turn on, but when the AC kicks on the monitor turns on as if something happened), the microphone is just as bad as any baby monitor I’ve used, the white noise/music sounds terrible, sometimes the camera rotation button just doesn’t respond, and lastly the camera has a weird delay where it shows the last thing it saw before it went into sleep mode, so for a moment your baby will be gone or someone (past you) may be standing over your baby, which is terrifying. Did I buy it for all these things? No, I bought it for the 4k image, which is pretty good. Worth it? I got it on a pretty big sale, so in that case yes, but I wouldn’t pay full price until they fix all these bugs. Also, it took over a month to arrive (even though it said 2-5 business days).

I had trouble connecting to the Eufy Baby App. I scanned the QR Code and it said “invalid”. Power cycled my cellphone, and it scanned and connected to my phone. Camera is super clear, runs smooth. Love this thing.

Nice! Need more alert options.
Overall it seems nice, the picture is very clear and clean, nice wide angle, but not too wide, the signal strength is great, the app is a little less friendly then other platforms we have used but it’s fine. it’s definitely lacking in the alert detail. Our camera died in the middle of the night and the monitor does not alert you to the disconnect, that is a major issue in our opinion..(camera came unplugged the day before and we didn’t notice) on that note battery life of the camera itself is great! The screen does show battery life of both the camera and monitor, but it’s a very tiny icon and again, no alarm for low battery, Haven’t really had the monitor off the base much so can’t give a review on that battery life. Having the base is also very nice. Set up was super easy, I just turned it on and it worked.

Baby Monitor E21
Love the new upgrades from the 2K version. The quality is amazing! Love that you can do two audio now. I wish the split screen view was available on the mobile devices and not only on the portable monitor. For the future updates/upgrades is it possible to allow a larger micro sd to be used? Or have this device link to your Eufy Security HomeBase.
