  • A: Wood or silicone are recommended but you may use metal utensils if you prefer. Metal could cause scratching, but since GreenPan is not manufactured with any harmful chemicals, there is not affect to safety nor functionality.

    Love this cookware!

    This is the first time I've used GreenPan Professional Ceramic Nonstick cookware and I love it. So easy to take care of and cooking is a breeze with it. The 13-piece set has everything that is needed.

    Bling and Flash, for an otherwise perfect Green Pa

    The pan seems to work as well as our old Green Pan, which finally got scratched too much after years of use. But it is a "busy" design, seemingly devoted to promoting Bobby Flay. The handle with a rubber envelope is no better than our original, and the extra handle on the other side is not needed. It just reeks of showmanship. But... Green Pans have greatly improved their non-stick coatings, and we are very happy with the performance of the pan and surface coating.

    Great pan so far!

    Slow to boil water

    Compared to my other pans designed for induction the Greenpan was very slow to boil water. I was very disappointed with the speed to boil water. Pan is very attractive and light weight but the light weight means there is less iron in the pan bottom to conduct the induction energy.

    Great cookware

    I am really enjoying cooking with these pans. Food cooks fast and evenly. Nothing gets stuck to the pan is a plus. My only concern is the lid gets really hot from the handle so do not pick it up with bare hands you will get burn. I did. ouch..

    Great value and excellent quality

    This is a terrific little pan. Perfect for omelettes and scrambled eggs. Food doesn’t stick and super easy to clean. And no PFAS is icing on the cake.

    Best I've Ever Owned

    This skillet is by far the best I have ever owned. I have been able to reduce the gas burner setting from a 7 to a 4. It also puts a beautiful char on the food I am cooking, making the food more appetizing.

    Clean up is effortless

    I love this set! I was looking for a non toxic, easy to clean cookware collection and am glad I chose Green Pan. Its non stick ceramic coating is wonderful. You must cook on low to medium heat to not ruin the non stick feature so I’m adjusting to that. I highly recommend for clean non toxic cooking.
