    We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you may have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring to a simmer/near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a wet Melamine sponge on the warm surface to wipe away any excess oil or food; this should do the trick. If this does not work, please email GreenPan directly at customercare.us@greenpan.com. They are happy to help!

    Avoid At All Costs!

    These pans only lasted about 2 months before they started to not stick anymore. And it’s two months at BEST. Saw a similar review that said the same thing and I want to double down on that. These things are terrible. Do not buy!

    Not nonstick!

    I got these pans because they had such great reviews. We make eggs often and since the beginning the eggs have stuck to the pan. Even with careful washing, heating up the pan and adding oil they still stick! The pans look nice but are definitely not nonstick.

    NOT induction compatible

    These pans are nice but do NOT work with induction cooktop. I wish Target would test and label their products accordingly (this is the third set I buy that is mislabeled). Ceramic pans are not induction compatible.

    NOT for eggs but fine for everything else

    I have the blue/white set. These are fine for everything BUT eggs. I've tried every different temp and timing combo you can think of, and always with a good amount of oil. No matter what, eggs always stick to the pan and with a brown crust. I'll keep this set, but will try another brand for breakfast foods.
