I sadly did not feel any noticeable improvement while taking the supplement, but I will say my discomfort didn’t worsen. The pills also had a funny taste that seemed to repeat, I’m sure some will understand what I mean. Unfortunately, this isn’t a product I will buy or use again.

These supplements were easy to take - pills were smaller than most supplements, had a nice smooth outer coating, no unpleasant odor or aftertaste, only need to be taken once a day. Hard to tell from the couple of weeks I've been taking them if they make a marked difference, but I'm honestly willing to buy more once this bottle is finished to see how they work in the long terms.

These pills were much smaller than the usual ones I take and I only had to take them once a day, which was much easier for me to remember to take! They also provided me with what I felt was comparable joint support in an easier to take form. I would recommend these to anyone who wants to try something different and has already tried other natural remedies for their joints.

I have a problem when I go to bed at night where I get severe pain on the outside of my upper thigh. This pain did not disappear. On the plus side, the supplement did not give cause me any adverse reaction which was a large concern of my sign because I am hyper-sensitive to drugs.

I have been using it for a little over a week now and I am really impressed. While I know that not all people are the same or react the same to any kind of pill, don't just read the reviews, try it and see for yourself.
