Brilliant advent calendar!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brilliant advent calendar! Such fun for any Harry Potter fan! We really enjoyed creating a little Harry Potter character or item each day throughout December. Great display piece. Some of the figures were a bit fiddly to build, as there were minimal instructions, but we managed without too much difficulty. After Christmas we put each figure back in the calendar and sealed it up ready to get back out next year!

A Misstep
As someone who looks forward to and buys the Harry Potter advent calendar every year, this one was a misstep. These sets really work better when they have good builds that compliment existing sets. This is a bunch of random creatures and objects that, while they resemble what they are supposed to, which is always a feat at a smaller scale, they don't actually look very good. We often get exclusive figures, too, and while these are "exclusive," they are also made up and don't contribute to anything; I'm not even sure who some of them are. This one was a disappointment for me, and I even found myself forgetting to do it some days.

Fun and exciting
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a perfect LEGO item for my son. He loved having a different character or item out of his adventure calendar as he is on his 5th Harry Potter book at the moment. The characters are easy to build but so much to play together. Each section has the very clear instructions to build them. I will get this for my nephew and niece who will be 8 years old next Christmas.

Fun and Exciting
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as an early gift and it was one of my favorites this year. I am a 51 yr old woman whom is a huge Harry Potter fan, therefore the surprise i got to experience daily upon opening each door and then building each figure was such a blast. I will be putting these figurines out to be displayed year round as they are well put together and will last for a long long time. I have a new shelf that as soon as I get it built ill be putting my figures on it for everyone to see my handiwork.

Super fun for Harry Potter fans
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Lego set was a lot of fun to put together and being a Harry Potter fan made it even more exciting! Each person or object was pretty easy to put together and once I was done I had a whole collection of them on a floor which came from the box. The design is very cute and perfect for any age,from pre teens to adults of all ages, everyone should enjoy building it. The size is nice too with it being an advent calendar.

I’m so happy with this advent calendar and I was very sad when I ended. Each character from the calendar has perfect amounts of detail and are so cute to display. I would immediately purchase another calendar similar to this one. My favorite Harry Potter Lego advent to date!

I let my 11 year old daughter open it as Lego and Harry potter are 2 of her most favourite things. She has loved making the props more than the figures as she said they took longer and more interesting. She liked the variety of the figures and props. Overall she would give this Lego calendar 7 out of 10. She said she'd like to see a brick separater, in with the calendar. @influenster #complimentary #LEGO

VERY minifigure heavy calendar
If you’ve seen the listing photo you’d have know, I did not because I wanted to be surprised. I probably would not have purchased this set if I had know that. It seems lazy when they could have just don’t more potions or animals. I do like most of the set though and already have a few pieces mixed into my other sets.

Harry Potted Advent Calendar is a must have item!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product in exchange for my honest review. It is a cute Advent calendar. My daughters are 14 and almost 10 and they take turns each day opening a window. The cardboard window that gets opened has the instruction picture in it. Each build had been fairly easy. I only have two critiques…the size of the people in proportion to the other objects is off and the only instructions are the flaps so if the builds get taken apart, there isn’t a way to know how to rebuild it unless you tear off the flaps and keep all 24. This is an Advent calendar that I would recommend for any Harry Potter fan.

Good but should have been better.
This year the Harry Potter calendar could have been said as one of the better calendars Lego released compared to Star Wars and city which you can read from my other reviews. The minigures are great but they lack difference, instead of putting two minifigures in the exact same shirt and pants, they could have just got one each and made some of the professors and villains in. Also the items are beautiful and fits the theme very well but I think an improvement could be made by putting all the items as the same scale since some were a bit larger in scale than others. Finally I think the board/scene is the main reason that it didn't deserve a 5, the background is very good and very classic but the board is very plain compared to the previous years, if even they added some structures like camp fires or trees that would be way better, but still I think the best board was the one in previous Harry Potter calendars where you havce different romes and scenes in one board, compared to that, this just seems to average.

One of the Best Calendars Ever!
This calendar is one of the best Lego Calendars ever!! And we have built City, Star Wars, Marvel, and Harry Potter ones over the years. Each item is so fun, and my son loves that each can stand alone, without building a building. They are each so unique to the Harry Potter stories which makes them very special. The details on each are so fun to discover. Thank you Lego!

Don’t waste your money. 8/24 builds are for the LEGO people characters only and nothing additional to build. Not fun to build. My kid was very disappointed. The box shows 4 characters not the 8 that are actually in the box.

Harry Potter Magical Christmas
Overall very pleased with the Advent Calendar, I bought my first Harry Potter Lego Advent Calendar last year, and was really pleased with it after ditching the Star Wars ones, as they got really repetitive. I am currently on day 16, sadly realised the minifigs in X-mass jumpers will be a thing by the time I revealed the second Griffindor one, but I was not expecting the same minifig on two doors. The Ravenclaw girl, even showed on the door with blonde hair(it is sadly the exactly figure as a few doors back). The rest of the calendar so far was really cute and I found some nice surprises.
