Ninja Sizzle Pro XL 20" Indoor Griddle & Grill with ProTemp Black

Like the other Ninja products it’s awesome! So much room of cooking space.

This griddle was a replacement & so happy that I reached out to Ninja. They literally made the process simple. The product was shipped quickly & I love it!!!

Not easy to clean, unit takes a long time to heat up.

I find the Ninja Sizzle Pro XL great for smaill flats. Cooking on it is enjoyable although it tends to create a bit of smoke. Its Having once owned a competing product, I find the smaller Ninja more apartment friendly. Comparing the two, the ninja is not only a Griddle but offers a Grill plaate as well. While being easiler to clean beacause of its stainless steel lid and by its narrower width. Its weighs less making it easy to move about and store away. The Ninja Pro XL's length is ideal for grilling a steak and roasting vegetables.

I really wanted to love the Ninja Sizzle Pro XL. When I first got it, I enjoyed cooking on it and was happy with how it performed. But after just a few months, the nonstick surface stopped doing its job. This is my SECOND unit, and the exact same thing happened with both. After going through this twice, I cannot recommend it. Now I have to use a ridiculous amount of butter just to cook eggs without them sticking. Any oil I’ve tried doesn’t help—eggs stick like crazy, meat sticks, and just about everything else sticks. A griddle that starts out working great but becomes this frustrating to use after a few months is a huge disappointment. What makes this even more frustrating is that I’ve seen other reviews describing the same problem. Ninja needs to address the durability of the griddle plate. Customers should be able to expect the nonstick surface to hold up beyond the first few months. I also wish I had seen more reviews based on months of actual use before buying. The YouTube videos I watched showed new units, and I couldn’t find a meaningful long-term review. I can’t say whether the positive reviewers received free products or how long they used theirs, but the glowing reviews do not reflect my experience with either unit. My first impression was positive, too—the problem came later. If you’re considering buying this, look closely at reviews from people who have owned it for a while. Based on my experience with TWO units, I would steer clear. Until Ninja improves the griddle plate, I would not buy this again. Ninja, please don’t respond with a generic “we’re sorry to hear about your experience.” I’ve had the same problem with TWO units, and I’m looking for a specific answer: What are you doing to improve the durability of this griddle plate, and what solution can you offer customers whose nonstick surface stops working after just a few months? A polite apology doesn’t fix a griddle that everything sticks to. Please address the actual problem.

Love the easy digital controls. The removable grill/flat top plates and detachable lid make for easy clean up after everything has cooled down. I ordered a 24”x30” heat resistant mat to put underneath it when I’m cooking and it helps also keep any random drippings or splatter drops off the countertop so I recommend looking online for options. You’ll appreciate it come clean up time. Overall happy I went with the larger 20” option over the 14” even though I’m usually cooking for 2 at most. It gives room to not crowd when you’re grilling and the option to cook more at once.

Everything is simple to connect and use, and it has cooked evenly so far. Thoroughly happy with it.

So far I used it twice Heats up fast and easy to cook foods. I ordered the pro because of the exact temp I can select. I'm cooking for one now, but it came in handy for Labor day when I had my family over

Griddle was scratched upon opening, disappointing. I did try it and it works great, but the fear of peeling nonstick coating was enough for me to return it. Ninja is out of stock on the griddle replacements for 2-4 weeks. So, not super happy for a $200 appliance

Love this griddle and Ninja products in general! I think Ninja has figured out if you make quality products that last, you develop a legion of loyal customers. Such a rare find these days when most other companies are making expensive junk. I always look to Ninja first for small appliances for my home. Thank you Ninja!

The griddle has a very serious safety issue, in trying to determine when the griddle is turned off. There are no instructions in the manual for when it is off. Do you press the stop button or do you press the poser button. The electronic display never says off. And if the griddle is cooling down it says hot, but you don't know if it's on or off. Anyone else have trouble figuring this out.

Works great for grill cheese, hamburgers great size two types of grills.

I was so excited to start using this. I opened it up and I thought it was weird cause there was no user manual and it's also missing the grill plate now I have to put it back together and go back to the store and then this was the last one there, so I guess it's not meant to be.

I’ve had this for over a year now. Don’t use Dawn Powerspray or alive oil and you’ll be fine. Use regular dish detergent and avocado oil and it’ll extend the life of your griddle. I’ve been using this weekly for the last year.

I am thoroughly impressed with the performance of the Pro XL Indoor Griddle and Grill. It has quickly become a staple appliance in my kitchen for both busy weeknights and weekend brunches. The non-stick coating is top-tier. Food slides right off, and the removable plates make washing up incredibly easy. The drip tray catches all excess grease, which slides out effortlessly for a quick rinse.

We live in a condo and have had smokeless end grills before, this grill is not smokeless addle, it actually has a lot of smoke that does come out of it. It is not easy to clean food.Constantly sticks to it while we're grilling.And once we're done, it's very hard to get it clean.So personally , I do not recommend this item at all
