  • A: Hi! Our cookware is stainless steel. To prevent food from sticking preheat the pan in a low-medium heat for a couple of minutes. You can test your pan to see if it's ready by dropping a few drops of water on the pan and seeing if the water "dances" around. After properly preheated add a little bit of oil. When adding the food, make sure there is an even sizzling sound when it touches the pan. Allow the food to cook without disturbing it until the preferred doneness it achieved. If your heat is to high sticking may occur.

    Trustworthy brand

    I never got into nonstick when it was really popular, but some Tfal pans went on sale when I was moving to a new apartment a few years ago. My nicer stainless set was always super heavy and a pain to wash so I figured why not. Those pans lasted years and always gave a good sear. I got really excited when the Tfal stainless went on sale recently because stainless lasts so much longer and you can do more with them. These pans are also really lightweight but they still distribute heat and clean up well. If you don't want to lug around heavy pans get these.

I wanted to make the switch from non-stick pans but not if it makes it difficult to clean. I have an electric stove top also, and the distribution of heat isn't even. I did like the color of grips and are very nice and sturdy pans.

This pan has become a staple in my kitchen and I hope it lasts for years to come. It was very easy to clean as well. I personally have a gas stove and this worked well on it.

Cooks meals very well and easy to clean. The plastic handles make it easy to maneuver and open the glass lid when needed. Would purchase additional pots from this line.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So they look pretty when you first get them but they do not stay that way. Even after trying to revive them using Bar Keepers Friend. They just don’t clean as well as my other stainless steel pans do. The handles are sturdy and the heat distribution is fair but even cooking some of my regular dishes on medium low to medium heat, it burnt up more than usual. If you want to cook with stainless steel, I recommend to spurge on All-Clad. The price is great but the value is not. I think you can find better options out there.
