Game Changer!!!
I just bought my second pack of these and from night one, I’ve been sleeping better. I used to have to sleep with water by my bed… and I still do because it’s my emotional support water lol. However, I no longer wake up multiple times a night to guzzle water because my mouth is so dry from it being wide open. Even though it’s irritating having to add one more thing to my nighttime routine, taping my mouth every night is totally worth it for the wonderful sleep I’ve been getting. At first I was hesitant to use this because the thought of not being able to breathe through my mouth was kind of unnerving. However, that’s not the case at all. The convenient little hole allows you to breathe through your mouth if you really need to take a deep breath or something. The only time I could see this being an issue is if your nose is stopped up and you can’t breathe through it. Thankfully I haven’t dealt with that situation, and so I will continue to use these every night because I sleep so very well with them. Highly recommend!

This was the only one I could find locally in a store rather than ordering online from a company I’ve never heard of. I’ve been using it for a week now with my cpap machine. I haven’t had any issues as far as irritation goes. It stays on all night, quality is good, and I find it to be effective!

Wanted to love but don't.
Wanted to love these but after a week of using them it started irating my skin by my mouth and leaving marks every day to the point of it hurting. Couldn't use them anymore.

This tape is the one that I like the best out of all the ones I have tried. It does not irritate my skin. It has never fallen off like some others have. It is easy to remove and does not hurt me, it is comfortable. I can apply it easily.

Changed the formula/packaging for the worse!
First pack I tried, I loved them. But, they have since changed the packaging and the formula of the product. They are way too sticky (the previous formula had no issues sticking for me) and I have to rip these off my face in the morning. And as odd as it sounds these don’t keep me from snoring or open mouth breathing at night as much as the other ones did. These seem to not be working well at all. Change the formula back.

I started using this mouth tape last year and absolutely loved it. I would buy multiple packs at a time and finally I just ran out so I bought more. They change the thickness of the tape and now it’s much poorer quality than the original. Very disappointed.

Use With Caution
These worked great for me for the first to days, after the third day my lips felt super dry…and then my lips started peeling off in sheets. My entire bottom lip is raw and bumpy almost like a bad cold sore. I would add a photo, but it is gross. I really wanted to love these, but they are definitely not for me. Use with caution.

I had been looking for mouth tape for a while, and I finally found this one at a Target 30 minutes away from my house. I was genuinely excited to use it the first night, but the fumes from the tape were overwhelming and smelled like toxic chemicals. The odor was so strong that it lingered in my room even the next day. I would not recommend this product. Our skin absorbs what we put on it, and absorbing chemicals like this is extremely unhealthy.

Reaction on Lips
I’ve been trying these mouth tapes for a while now. They started off really well, but then I got bumps on my lips, like I had a reaction to them. I do not recommend these.

Best mouth tape option I've tried
I’ve tried several brands of tape and this one has been my favorite so far! I put some chapstick on before I apply and that seems to help with the removal in the morning. Stays in place all night and way more comfortable than the few others I’ve tried. If you want to try taping this is a great place to start. I haven’t noticed any smell (and I’m usually very sensitive to that). No extra “moisturizing benefits” that the packaging claims, but doesn’t dry my skin out either. There is a little bit of the adhesive residue left when I take it off in the morning but nothing a shower or regular morning face wash routine can’t handle.
