Sticky. Not worth the price
Not good for eggs, pancakes etc where you want a clean scrape (even if you add oil/butter). Steel, porcelain, Teflon are all cheaper than this.

We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you may have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring to a simmer/near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a wet Melamine sponge on the warm surface to wipe away any excess oil or food; this should do the trick. If this does not work, please email GreenPan directly at customercare.us@greenpan.com. They are happy to help!

Only stayed nonstick for a couple uses!
Previously I wrote a review on the 2 piece Greenpan set and I really liked it in the beginning. The first couple times using it nothing stuck to it, but that didn’t last long. Now everything sticks to it and it’s really hard to clean! For the price I thought it would last a lot longer. Unfortunately now it’s useless!

Non stick my butt
This is one of the worst non stick pans I’ve ever bought. This is the perfect pan if you love half your food sticking to the pan and spending double time doing dishes! Just invest in an all clad non stick, they actually work and last.

This is my new favorite pan! And an existing lid I have for another pan fits it when I need it! I want a whole set!

This is the worst pan I've ever owned. Everything sticks to it. It's only when I drown it in oil that I can use it properly. It's also so hard to clean. Do not buy this!

Amazing frying pan
Love this frying pan. I have tried many non toxic brands but this particular pan is the only one that I have found that doesn’t scratch and can withstand high heat. Will buy again!

Food started sticking after 30 days
Have had the pan one month and food is sticking. Disappointed because this is one of the more expensive green pan versions the whole point of buying this was to have a nonstick pan that is nontoxic. It’s completely unusable as a nonstick pan after 30 days.

Looks like a great product!
Looked very tough and sturdy. Did not get to use, because it was too small and had to return it. Would buy the larger option if I could.

Terrible pan. Eggs stick to pan after 2 month. End up tossing it. What a waste of money.

I had a hexclad pan that cost hundreds more than this, and eggs stuck. I used a little oil, but eggs, burnt cheese, all of it slipped right off. Great pan.

A must!
I absolutely love this pan. It’s real stainless steel and the inside is ceramic nonstick free of any harmful chemicals. I just cooked eggs and it’s a dream. Highly recommend. I’ve been using green pan just for eggs and this is my first time buying a better quality pan from this brand, and I’m happy I did.

Nonstick, and perfect for back-to-back meals
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely loved using the GreenPan Prism Hybrid Wok. It’s shockingly lightweight for its size, which made tossing and stirring super easy — especially helpful when juggling kids and dinner at the same time. I used it to cook marinated pork shoulder slices (coated in soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper, and cornstarch), and it performed beautifully. The meat browned evenly and cooked through without sticking at all — a huge difference from my old wok, where cornstarch used to cling to the surface and burn. Even after adding onions and green bell peppers, nothing stuck or turned soggy — the veggies stayed crisp and fresh, with great color and texture. Cleanup was also a breeze. After the first dish, I just wiped it clean with a paper towel and went straight into cooking a second dish without washing it in between. When I did wash it, a little soap and warm water with a sponge brought it back to brand new — no scrubbing needed.

Super versatile
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan has quickly become one used most frequently in my house. I went with the wok, we’ve used it for everything from stir fry, scrambled eggs, grilled cheese, quesadillas, and French toast. We use primarily stainless steel but it is so helpful to have a pan that things better cooked at low temperatures won’t get stuck to. I’d been looking at pans like these and had considered buying one but was nervous about the price. Now that I have one, I 100% will be buying another one, probably a small frying pan
