    When I ordered this item I was told there was only one in stock purchased it online went to pick it up the box was totally damaged and the inside toaster was damaged. why you even bother to sell this to me is beyond my comprehension! you need more inventory control when something is damaged you don't try to sell it, end of story! doubt I'll shop online with Target in the future

    Very uneven toasting/browning + cheaply made -- handle fell off after 3 months! Yes, you can slide it back on, but it hardly inspires confidence. One side of the bagel was toasted and the other part is barely even warm -- how does that happen? Bad design, clearly.
