Poor Shipping Control
Twice, the original order and the replacement order was delivered on-time but damaged. Coffee is supposed to be Vaccum Sealed and both were not. If use inmmediately the flavor still good but for long storage (none vaccum bag) is not recommended.

Great coffee but 2 had holes in them
I wanted to give 5 stars because it's my favorite coffee and it was a good deal. However 2 out of the 10 bags had a hole in them. I did request a replacement for one of them because I didn't have time to return to store. The holes were big enough to break the vacuum seal and unable to mail to family in another country.

Better than Starbucks and folgers
Sometimes they don't have this and I have to settle on other brands, but this is my favorite. I'd rather drink this than Starbucks and forget folgers all together. Last time they didn't have it and I got folgers and used twice as much coffee and it was so weak and bitter. This is so smooth and fresh tasting. I think the packaging is why it tastes so goof, doesn't let in air. Keep in mind it doesn't seal so you need to have something to put it in, I just use a ziploc bag.
