This finely ground nixtamalized corn flour is perfect for tortillas (just add water), tamales, cornbread, and more. Its deep flavor and color comes from single-origin non-GMO blue corn grown in Mexico by traditional farmers.

We produce the masa flour in a facility dedicated to corn products and the only ingredients in the product are corn, water, and culinary lime. We do not have a third-party claim or certification on the facility overall, but the products are 100% free of any of the 8 major allergens, including gluten.
