This sunscreen offers a blend of effective sun protection and a lightweight feel, making it suitable for daily use. Many guests appreciate its oil-free and paraben-free formula, which is ideal for sensitive and acne-prone skin. The absence of a white cast and its smooth application are highlighted as key benefits. However, some guests experienced issues with pilling and irritation, particularly around the eyes, suggesting it may not be suitable for everyone.

I thought I'd save a couple bucks with this. Never again. It flaked off my face constantly making me look like I had dried skin. Also smells terrible! Avoid!

Pills ALOT
Bought it because of the price, because sunscreen is so dang expensive for how much you need to use daily, but it pills like crazyyy. I’ve tried it without any skincare layered underneath thinking that might’ve been the issue, but nope still pills and basically leaves dried clumps of sunscreen on the face. Other than that, it’s not too greasy, and it does leave a white cast (I’m very pale so that doesn’t bother me). Definitely will just use as a below the neck/body sunscreen until I empty it.

Great Stuff
This is great. I am happy that I found it. It is fragrance free so almost no scent at all. It's a decent price. Sunscreens are very expensive. It blends in well with my skin. I have sensitive skin but no problems with it.

I ended up retuning it because it was stinging my eyes. It was also pilling on my skin.

Moisturizes face!
Something about this moisturizes my face better than any other sunblock…. I wish it came in a regular moisturizer as well

Great- no white cast and not oily
I’ve been using this all summer for my face and neck and love it! It doesn’t leave a white residue and isn’t excessively oily. Can’t beat the price!

Not eye safe
Extremely irritating to the eyes. I got in the water after putting this on and my eyes were red, burning, and watering for hours after.

BURNT
I tried it 3 separate times and burnt each time. I usually use Hero face sunscreen and neutrogena body with no issues…tried this and burnt each time. It did nothing.

Husband and kid approved
Feels nice on the skin. Not that I can use it because it would burn my eyes out. But my non-sensitive eyes husband and kids used this on both their face and body and liked that it did not make their skin feel greasy or icky like a lot of sunscreens do. This feels more like a traditional lotion which is nice. Great price point too!

Dissappointing
This sunscreen pills horribly on my face, even when I’m not wearing moisturizer. And it really irritates my eyes as well. Not at all similar to the Neutrogena sunscreen.

I hope they never discontinue this one. It blends in nice, dries down nice and doesn't leave a greasy finish. It also doesnt really have that very strong sunscreen smell.
Amazing

Works great on darker skin tone with no whit cast left behind. With a great level of SPF 50, the oil control is a plus.

No white cast with this one
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This face sunscreen is pretty effective. I tried it in the Texas sun and I didn't get burned. So I count that as a win. There's no white cast after I put it on, which is great. I do have fair skin so I don't know how it's gonna be on darker skin. It has not much of a scent to it which I appreciate. It left me just as slightly bit oily , though.

Clear face oil, free sunscreen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this sunscreen as it goes on smooth and dries clear. Unlike most sunscreens, it does not leave a white residue, which makes it very unpleasant to put on. It blends effortlessly and keeps the sun away. This is perfect for parents and kids alike. I will definitely be ordering more of this to stock up for the summer

This is great for oily skin
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to this being oil free and paraben free it's great for oily skin and acne prone skin. I love that it's cruelty-free and has no fragrance. It's hypoallergenic as well. The consistency is on the thinner side and can be spread easily without it leaving a white cast. It's water resistant but still needs to be reapplied after being in the water.

Nice option for face sunscreen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good sunscreen. It comes white and thick but once applied it melts onto the skin. It does not leave a white cast which is very important for me. It has a very light scent which I like. It’s spf 50 so it provides great protection. I rubbed my eyes after I applied it on my face and my eyes definitely started burning so be careful with not getting it in your eyes.

Lightweight
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clear Face Oil Free Sunscreen SPF 50 is a great everyday sunscreen, especially for oily or combination skin. It feels very light on the face and absorbs quickly without leaving a white cast or greasy shine. It layers well under makeup and doesn’t clog pores or cause breakouts. The SPF 50 protection is reassuring for daily use, whether running errands or spending time outdoors. The 3 oz size is also perfect to keep in a bag for reapplication. Overall, a reliable and affordable sunscreen that does its job well!
