[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a bottle of Evenly Clear Acne Exfoliating Cleanser frome Home Tester Club in exchange for a honest review. My skin usually isn't very reactive to new products but unfortunately this product dried out my face. The first two washes seemed fine. Then next few days I noticed that my skin was tight and dry. Woke up with flakey red face . So I immediately stopped using. It took a little while to rehydrate my skin, it's usually oily so I assume it stripped too much oil and water. I will try only using this once a week during a facial treatment instead. Overall I think it was my skin not the product so give it a try.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This first night I used this, I woke up with my break out less angry. Withing 3 days it was gone. Now, it does tend to dry out the skin a bit. The directions on the back say to start with using it once a day and to increase to 3 times a day in order to keep an eye on the dryness. I never applied it more than once a day and it worked very well. I will be purchasing this for my teen son's and again for myself. It only takes a little for each application.

My main plus is that it isn’t greasy and it doesn’t then leave my face feeling greasy after even washing and rinsing. Many cleansers are greasy which is disappointing. Also, it has a neutral smell so no awful alcohol like smell so thars another plus.

They have faded and I haven't had an outbreak in a few weeks. I typically get an outbreak around my period and didn't have an outbreak this month. I used this as directed and washed my face prior to using and started at once daily working up to three times daily. It dried my skin just a little but nothing too bad. A little goes a long way so one or two pumps is plenty.

I will say I didn’t really notice much of a difference in my acne marks/red pigmentation but I could need to use it a few more times which I will. This serum is for treating/fighting acne with it's multiple acids (mandelic, salicylic and PHA exfoliant). Fades away post-acne marks, exfoliates and removes dead skin, reduces the appearance of breakouts while evens out skin tone; all of this without over drying your skin. It's vegan and fragrance free. My son uses it as part of his face cleaning routine and is already seeing results by having less breakouts. He cleanses his face in the morning and applies a small drop of the serum and spreads it out all over his face leaving it smooth all day with no oily residue. He already recommended this product to his friends!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love the Neutrogena Evenly Clear Acne Exfoliant Serum but so far I'm not exactly impressed after using it for a little over a week and I honestly expected much more. On the plus side, I do like the fact that it's a lightweight serum so it absorbs fairly quickly and doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy or weighed down however, on the down side what I have noticed is the added dryness and flakiness, especially around areas where I'm more acne prone. For a product that claims to exfoliate without over drying it's pretty disappointing. Another downside is the small size of the bottle and for the price point I don't see this product lasting me more than a month. Overall it's not a bad product and I do appreciate the fact that it's made up of a multi-acid blend formula but with that being said, so far it hasn't lived up to the hype for me. I might continue using it for a bit longer just to see if anything improves but as of right now my opinion is that it's just okay.

With salicylic acid. Visibly fades the post acne marks on your face . It's has mandelic acid and pha exfoliant also in it. I used it and it made my face smoother an softer. It absorbed fast an didn't leave my face feeling greasy. That's a plus . It's a vegan comedogenic free of fragrance and dyed. I love that. I have use it a few times before I go to bed. So I'm not in the sun or exposed to the dirt an stuff in the air.. so it can do it's job with out anything getting on my face.. interfering with it. I'm jus using it once a day at night time..so I don't have to wear a sunscreen with it k ctbe day time.. to see how it works out.. so far so good.. for today and tomorrow iñtill it's gone for results after 12 weeks.. it's a 1 fl oz bottle.. take it with me anywhere.. gotta love Neutrogena.. it's a brand I trust..
