A: This product has a tiny sticker safety seal that can easily be peeled off by someone wanting to swatch it in store. Unfortunately, I purchased a tube that appeared to be sealed but after I got home, realized the sticker was peeled up without tearing and then reapplied. The tube was obviously used and contaminated. Cosmetics need to be totally shrink wrapped to be safe, this one is not.
