The bottle is extremely difficult to open, especially for someone over 60. I tried everything and I watched several videos., Nothing is working. 'm going to return it. I won't buy another native product.

My curls are fine and get weighed down easily, so I’m picky about conditioners, but this one adds enough moisture without making my hair feel greasy or flat. It helps with detangling and leaves my hair smoother and easier to style afterward. The scent is light, fresh, and clean without being overpowering. It’s a really nice conditioner that keeps my hair soft without feeling like too much product.

You only need a small amount of product to apply and distribute it through your hair. It left my hair very soft and easy to comb. I love the fact that is free of silicone and sulfate as this helps keep my hair healthy. Once dry, my hair feels soft and has less frizz.

It smells so good and even after shampooing and conditioning, once my hair is dry the smell still lingers. I needed about a pump and half to really work in the conditioner throughout my hair. It rinsed well and didn’t leave a residue on my hair, it still felt clean and brushed well when it was still wet. Once my hair was dry it was softer and manageable. Overall, I would recommend this product and would buy again.

I also was very satisfied of the consistency of the shampoo it's the perfect thickness for me to not use a bunch to wash my hair I don't like the super liquidy shampoos they feel like a waste for my thick long hair. The conditioner makes my hair really soft and feel hydrated as well. Now the packaging is terrible because of the type of pump they decided to use for this product 🙄 it took me so many tries and having someone else try and figure out how to open it they also struggled for 10 min trying to get it open and eventually we were able to. Because the packaging was so difficult to figure out I often didn't want to use the products because that is too much work to have to twist off the cap and take product off the tub of the pump nozzle since we couldn't figure out how to open it for the longest time until 2 days ago. I have no idea why they have 3 different types of pump nozzles they use for their products I will say this is the worst one as it's not easy to open compared to the pump used for the vanilla cashmere body wash by native that pump is perfect and they should stick with that for all their products if they are gonna continue using a pump. Tho I'd prefer no pump at all that's my personal opinion as I don't find it that convenient and also feel like I loose more product with pumps.

This brings some moisture but not a whole lot. It's decent for in-between washes, but I prefer a deeper condition for my hair type. On the other hand, this was great for my husband's hair type.

I was genuinely impressed with how soft and manageable my hair felt after using it. It is not a leave in, but I accidentally left it in once and my hair felt incredible, so now I really wish they would make a leave in version. It leaves my hair silky and soft whether I wear it curly or straight, and it works beautifully across different curl types. Our curls look bouncy, healthy and neat. The scent is just as beautiful as the shampoo, fresh, fruity, and clean. I also love that Native focuses on simple, thoughtful ingredients while still delivering moisture and softness. The packaging is spot on and looks so good in my shower. Overall this is a great conditioner and such a strong entry into their hair care line.

It lathers up so good and it makes the whole bathroom smell like this golden pear scent. I’ve always liked natives shampoos and conditioners however, I think this is my favorite scent. I love how they have the pump bottle. It only takes two pumps of my hair and usually I have to use a lot more with other brands. I don’t feel any residue left over on my hair and it doesn’t leave my hair feeling heavy. My hair actually feels very light and bouncy and fluffy after I use this.

This conditioner is a nice texture that is easy to apply to my scalp and hair. It is easy to rinse out of my hair and left my hair smelling lightly fruity. I love that the bottle explains what each ingredient is and does. It definitely has less ingredients than most other conditioners you find in the store. Overall, my hair looked shiny and healthy. But my scalp and hair did need to be washed again sooner than usual after a wash day.
