My new favorite!
I love love love this conditioner! It smells sooo good! It also is much easier to use than the bar soap. I immediately fell in love with these products, but the liquid version in my opinion are next level! I found that the liquid version had much more of a softer feel after use vs the bar version & that it coated all over a little more. I would recommend this to anyone!

Works great but...
I’ve started using this a week ago and my limp hair finally has some life to it. The scent isn’t overpowering for it being rosemary. The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it’s extremely hard to get any product out of the bottle. I have to squeeze and smack it hard to get anything to come out.

I love this conditioner! It leaves my hair soft, manageable and shiny. I just wish they'd change the design of the bottles . It's difficult to get product out of the bottle and the bottle isn't friendly to my hands with RA. I can't squeeze the rectangular shape...

I like it a lot!
I have the rosemary and biotin shampoo and conditioner - as someone who’s struggled with volume and currently postpartum hair loss. This duo has been great. Even when my hair is straightened it looks fuller than before, which has never happened for me with any other shampoo and conditioner. My only issue I’ve noticed is at least initially it seemed to slightly dry my scalp which made me a little itchy.

Bad design !!!!
The design of this bottle is awful. Listen to these reviews. You can’t open the bottle without using something other than your fingers to press the button. If you literally are looking for a way to be in a bad mood every single time you wash your hair then go ahead buy them. Not sure how this design got passed. The shampoo and conditioner itself might be a good product, but if you have to fight with the bottles just to get them open, it’s not worth it.

I struggle with itchy scalp and so many shampoo and hair care items make it worse. Not Kitsch !! My hair feels healthy , soft and shiny after using. I will keep this in my shower. The scent it so light I dont smell it once its on my hair, as I'm sensitive to smells as well. A must try!

Seriously flawed packaging.
I have been using this product for a couple weeks along with the shampoo and it seems to be effective and it smells pleasant. However the packaging is a nightmare. It was almost impossible to open at first. And it’s very difficult to get the conditioner out of the bottle. The shampoo is a little easier because it isn’t as dense, but the conditioner frustrates me every time I use it. Because of this, I won’t buy it again.

Least ergonomically designed packaging ever invented
Worst product packaging ever. If you have arthritis, fibromyalgia or anything affecting your grip, do not purchase this. It is impossible to squeeze and will send you in a flare up. Zero consideration to ergonomics. The product is pretty good, but has an odd smell to it.

please fix the opening of the bottle!!
today was my first day using this shampoo and conditioner. my hair is super soft, slightly more volume I took off a star because the bottles are so, so hard to press down on to open. I literally had to beat it with my hairbrush in the shower this morning to open it.

Made me lose more hair
Not sure why it made me lose more hair. I was so excited to buy the shampoo and conditioner. I used it few hours I got it. After rinsing my hair, more hair had fallen out more than normal. Then I used the conditioner and had it for less than 10 seconds and more hair was falling out. I immediately just rinsed it off coz I can’t afford to lose more hair. It’s really frustrating. I can’t take another chance to give it a second try. I haven’t lost this much hair since post partum. Unfortunately, this isn’t for me. I really really want to love this shampoo and conditioner since it made my hair soft.
