It feels amazing on the skin! So so nice BUT… the smell :( it is VERY strong. I would not describe it as a clean skin scent or clean vanilla. The scent is almost like something my grandma would wear, very mature. I wish they would make an unscented version or more lighter scents. Unfortunately I will not repurchase it again due to smell.

A little bit goes a long way. It glides so smoothly and leaves skin feeling soft, not greasy. The scent gets stronger when you lather it on, but you only need a tiny bit, so the smell is light and soft if you don’t put too much.

It instantly firms and hydrates upon application. Its creamy texture is like lotion but thicker—somewhere between a lotion and a body butter—offering a unique combination of both. At first, it feels a bit heavy, but as it warms on your skin, it blends beautifully into a lighter finish, leaving no sticky residue or added sheen. The vanilla scent starts charming, but the finish leans more toward vanilla wax or Vaseline, which is a bit unusual. I don't believe those ingredients are in the product, though. As someone who creates skincare and works with various butters and oils, I know most are scentless or subtly scented. While the fragrance is mild and pleasant, I think it could be more appealing. The price feels reasonable for a more luxurious butter. It’s still a bit higher than I'd typically spend if it weren’t highly hydrating. It’s especially effective on drier areas like hands, elbows, knees, and feet, and you can use it straight from the jar without needing to apply water first. Unfortunately the smell of the butter was too strong for me and I didn’t like it. It felt soft on the skin and appeared very smooth on my skin.

I have been enjoying using this product, and though it is a good product, it is not a favorite for me. I find it to be softening rather than moisturizing, and the strong fragrance prohibits me from wearing my normal perfume. This does make my skin feel soft, very soft. However, the moisture levels in this feel lightweight to me, and not super nourishing. My skin feels soft because it feels coated rather than actually moisturized. It also makes my skin feel powdery, silky and smooth but powdery. It is not oily or greasy at all. I used this regularly for several weeks and did not notice any tightening or firming of my skin, so I cannot speak to that claim. The texture of this is interesting. It is almost gel like and feels water based, even though it is thick. It feels cold during application, which would be refreshing for warm weather. Perhaps the most important aspect of this product is the fragrance, because it is strong. I would describe the scent as a warm powdery vanilla. It is similar to “milk” and “skin” fragrances from other brands, kind of a “your skin but better” smell. I find it to be comforting and slightly sensual. I apply this after my shower in the morning, and can still smell it when I go to shower the following day. So it is long lasting. It is also strong enough to interfere with any other perfumes one might wear. I prefer my normal fragrances to this one, so this isn’t a product I see myself frequently wearing out of the house. I personally see this as more of a fragrance product than a moisturizer. If you love how it smells, that is the reason to buy. If your main goal is skin nourishment, there are better options.

When you apply to your body you need to massage onto clean, dry skin for rich and get more long lasting moisture. Skincare born for the body.

This brand is new to me but it is a facial grade skincare for the neck down. It’s supposed to moisturize, tighten and firm your skin. I’m usually not a fan of body butter but this did absorb quickly and left my skin feel smooth. Texture is light and fluffy almost like whipped cream texture but once you massage it into your skin it melts leaving the skin feeling silky soft and hydrated. The scent is light which gives it a nice layer for other scents to blend with it.
