The texture is just like a regular gummy, not gritty or slimy. I feel like these have given me more energy. I am trying to lower my blood pressure. So far seems great. He's tried a few brands/types and I was excited when I saw that Up&Up had a Beetroot supplement as we've had great experiences with Target brand supplements before. First of all let me say these gummies smell great! A lot of vitamins/supplements have an underlying ick smell. But these do not. They smell lovely, like berries! Which prompted me to taste them. I wasn't going to because I cant stand beets. I was just going to have my husband try them. But they smelled good so I decided to try. They are labeled as cherry flavor. They are sweet and have a nice berry flavor. It really is good! My husband agreed. We agreed that the soft, easy to chew gummy texture was great, too. They have excellent taste and texture so they are easy to remember to take each day because we look forward to them and now I'm willing to partake un the Beetroot supplement with my husband. We definitely recommend!

If I’m going to be eating candy I might as well get the health benefits in, right? Beetroot extract is supposed to support so many different health functions as well as provide essential nutrients, so I’m all for it!
