This cup was leak-proof at first, but after several weeks it now leaks from the top, where the slider moves back and forth. I followed the instructions on washing, including how to take the lid apart once a week for a thorough cleaning. Insulation is just ok. I am once again searching for a truly leak-proof coffee cup

Really poor quality
Purchased one in Oct 2025 and the paint around it is falling off. The lid is really nice and smooth indeed, but that’s about the only good thing about this cup. We have several of their bottles and they’re fine, but this cup is very low quality.
