I like these. They are reliable and comfortable for my arthritic thumbs to hold. The description says each pack comes with a refill. I got the 3-pack but no refill as I checked the package carefully—-and if there is a refill in each package, where is it???

Dissapointment, Stopped working.
Started out the best, smoothest pen a left handed person has ever used. But after a week of usage each and every pen started to not work, the ink would not come out and left streaks and broken up ink all over the page. All of them are unusable now.

I purchased Pentel Energel 0.7mm in Purple, Pink and Green ink. These are high quality pens (I’m very particular about the kinds of pens I wrote with). I usually like my pens to be 0.5mm, but the 0.7mm surprisingly is better! They write incredibly smooth, no smudge, and the ink is deep & vibrant! I retired my old pen brand, and use Pentel now. These pens are luscious! They write delightfully inky and smooth and I’m thrilled to have found them after my old favorite pens were discontinued. The ink flows smooth and jet black and dries almost instantaneously. The grip is also fabulous. Perfect for drawing and doodling too!
