DREO Smart 42'' Misting Portable Fan

The mist does a good job cooling you down especially if it’s placed in the shade on a patio, it’s perfect. Would buy it without hesitation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve been really liking our new DREO fan so far. It pulls out a strong stream of air and has 12 different speed settings, which is nice depending on how much airflow you want. This model is meant for outdoor patio use, but the weather hasn’t cooperated yet, so we’ve been using it in our living room – and it’s been great! All the features are pretty straightforward and work well. You can adjust the speed from 1 – 12, and it gets really powerful in the higher settings. It also oscillates, and you can choose how wide do you want it to turn, which is a nice touch. There’s a timer too, so you can set it to turn off after a certain amount of time. We haven’t tried the misting feature yet since it’s not warm enough outside, but based on how everything else works, I’m guessing it’ll do a good job. Overall, we are really happy with it so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it! Love it, love it, love it! This will be my longest review for a product on here for sure! I ALWAYS wanted one of these types of fans! My wife was against it because she said it wouldn't give much air but when I used it she was shocked at how much air this gives! The max airflow (12) gives just as much air as a standard circular fan and it blows it really far. I could tell no difference between this Dreo Tower fan's airflow and my standard circular standing fan. Yes the fan says outdoor use but its mainly if you want to use the Misting function, which works really well (I tried it outside in my yard while I was getting some things done) and won't get you overly wet or anything, its almost like an A/C outside. You can use the fan indoors (just don't plug in the hose of course). Its super super easy to clean, and the build quality feels sturdy! It uses 48watts max which is really surprising! My circular fan uses 80watts so I'll definitely be saving on electricity with this! Okay, additional features; It has a remote (so cool!) which does all the basic features (on,off, rotate, switch modes). BUT! The remote also has a cool feature which you can hold the middle button and swipe the remote left or right by and the fan turns with your motion! Its awesome! You can also connect the Dreo Fan to your phone via Bluetooth or Wifi through the Dreo app for additional features like fan rotation speed, which is another cool feature. The blue ambiant light looks awesome and makes the fan look so modern and advanced. Really love this fan! This company, Dreo, definitely knows how to make an awesome product!

It blows strong and the mist feature is definitely going to be great for our back porch at the beach house. I have no negatives about it at this point so maybe I never will.

The size fits well into a corner or small space. I love that you can create a schedule to make it best work for you. The fan is sturdy and easy to move around while still solid enough to not tip over or be a safety risk. I really like it!

It was very easy to hook up with my garden hose and I like the remote control. The blue light that you can use at night is really sharp looking. This device is very quiet and rotates easily and smoothly.

We have a small outdoor sitting area next to our grill that we had placed this mister at. It works well and was easy to connect to our Alexa device. We did struggle a bit with the hose connector almost stripping when connecting it, but that could be because our faucet is very old and fragile.

The fan itself is very powerful with 12 levels of intensity. It is also very quiet, especially for being an outdoor fan! Overall I would recommend.

If you like the misty effect the set up was quite simple. The performance is great. I think it’s a great value for money I would highly recommend it and it can be used even as a humidifier substitute if in a low I know setting during the winters because Misty effect is pretty cool I absolutely like it.

In summer, the mist will be perfect for cooling down. Even though it is technically still winter, we just had a mini heat wave here in the west and this fan really did its work, even without the mist. I like how you can use the remote or the app to control it. There are 12 fan speeds, different modes of operation (Normal, Natural, Sleep and Auto) and controllable oscillation. There is also a 0-12Hr timer function and a cool LED light. This is by far the coolest fan I have ever owned. Good job, Dreo!

The fan can be used with an app, the remote, or manually on the fan and has 4 main working modes depending on your needs! I love the sleep mode for bed time which decreases speed & sound as you fall asleep and the auto mode for the day, which adjusts the speed based on the room temp. The fan is sleek and fits into the room without creating an eyesore. I can’t wait until it gets warm to try it outside with the misting feature, which also has a super easy setup. 11/10!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tower fan and mister was perfect for the surprise 95 degree day we just had on the great plains. The morning was perfectly nice spring weather, but the afternoon was enough to bake a potato. This mister kept everyone cool and comfortable as the kids ran around the yard. And it was dead simple to assemble and set up. The included water line hooked straight to the hose, so no plumbing necessary to get the mist you need. My only complaint: the WiFi didn't work, so I wasn't able to connect to the app and control it from my phone. This is an entirely unnecessary and gratuitous feature since it comes with a remote that works great. But since the WiFi exists in theory but not in practice, I bumped my review down one notch.
