Elite Cuisine 5-Tray Digital Food Dehydrator

We have only done apple slices so far, but it was a fun little thing to do together this summer, and it worked well! It was easy to clean, and is sleek looking, which is nice since you can set and forget it. I’m happy with this product and can’t wait to try other foods!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this dehydrator. The height adjustable five shelves is a win win. The temperature range is from 95 degrees to 158 degrees. Of course the thinner you slice the food, sooner it gets dehydrated. Make sure you don't overlap food. Absolutely a must in every kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the size of this dehydrator. It’s a nice size for a beginner. The trays have plenty of room for food. The temperature control makes it easy to dry foods quickly. I like that I can wash the trays with soapy water or put them in a dishwasher. If you want to make some healthy snacks for your family, I’d recommend this dehydrator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not a pro so can't comment on how it might compare to others. I used 4 bananas on 2 trays in my pics for reference. Tasted great after 5.5hrs! Pros: lots of trays for stacking and efficiency, adjustable temperature dial to get precise range, seemed to properly dehydrate based on instructions though I started too late in the day and they probably could have gone another 30min-1hr Cons: annoying to clean, a little noisy (didn't mind because it was a good reminder I was running an appliance in the kitchen), not sure if it's the most efficient as it's my first time ever using a dehydrator, the trays can take a minute to line up and stack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this free for my honest review. First few things. The packaging was nice, product came with all the pieces and nothing was broken. Directions included and easy to understand. Directions also include a handy guide of what temps and how long for what items you want to dehydrate. Quite compartmental as well. Doesn’t take up much counter space. So it will be easy to store away when not in use. For my testing I chose to do raspberries. This was my first time so it was some trial and error. I decided to add keto powder sugar to make them less tart in the end result. As researching raspberry dehydration, raspberries themselves are very sweet and dry tend to be very tart. So I wanted to offset that. I rinsed and here is where I should have gave some longer time in the air drying process and/or I believe the alcohol sugar (erythritol) could have sealed in the moisture of the berry. I say this as the recommended drying time did not result in the final product. I had to continue to dehydrate twice as long. Now, this is a user error. Not a product error. I will be trying rose petals from my garden next!! I want to make bath salts and the drippings at the bottom for oils or lotions as Christmas gifts this year. My husband wants to make some beef jerky. The price point is also quite surprisingly affordable for this. My only downside is having to hand wash the trays. Otherwise I do recommend purchasing this product. Experimenting with your favorite fruits and even flowers!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Today I dehydrated 1 apple and 1 banana to see how they would come out. They were absolutely delicious! This dehydrator works well, and it’s very easy to use. You change the temperature with a little knob on the front. The trays are large and there are quite a few, so you could do a lot of things at once. There was also a manual that came with the dehydrator that basically walks you how to do a lot of things! I’m excited to keep using this dehydrator and make lots of yummy things.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, so good! I was able to dehydrate some apples, and my daughter loved them so much she asked for them for her snack every day that week! There is a lot of room on the trays, and the height is adjustable for the trays. I also love the temperature control, and that the user guide offers guidelines for different foods you put on. The apples didn't come out like crunchy apple chips, but very good, fresh dried fruit!

The EliteGourmet Dehydrator is awesome, and we have made so many yummy things: jerky, apples, veggies…It seems very durable, and we had no issues with temperature control. Great appliance!

Simply place your fruit, beef jerky, etc on the trays, turn the knob to the temperature you desire and walk away. We put apples of varying thickness in for just over 5 hours so that I could get an idea of how I like them done. While not a super bulky, large dehydrator, there's ample space for tasty treats as it's got 5 trays. The apples dried up perfectly and kept so much flavor. I was surprised at how much I liked them! Definitely recommend !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This food dehydrator is what my kitchen was missing. I’ve wanted one for the longest time, so I’m so happy to finally have it. It is lightweight and easy to move around. The instructions are clear and the dehydrator is easy to use. While it is lightweight plastic, it feels sturdy and really good quality. I love the easy temperature control and how easy it is to switch it during use. For my first time, I made sweet potato for dogs and fruit leather for myself and they came out perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This food dehydrator takes up much less real estate than I expected it to in my kitchen, which is a very happy surprise! We’ve used it several times now, all on fruits and veggies, and are very pleased with how easy it is and user-friendly. Any errors made have been operator errors, as this is our first time dabbling with food dehydration. I think I’m getting the hang of it and it we certainly come in handy and save us money on expensive veggie chips!

I can get just as much on this as on my larger one that has a few more trays. Made fruit and the controls make it so easy to use, jerky next.

It has 5 trays so there is enough space to make a big batch of one thing or a few smaller batches of multiple things at once. It’s easy to use and has multiple temperature settings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great tool if you’re interested in dehydrating and making your own snacks for one who is on the go a lot and doesn’t have time each day to make healthy options from scratch. It’s easy enough to use and clean up is really minimal. Not too bulky when storing away but keep that in mind if you’re someone who is limited with their storage. It’s fun to try but make sure it’s a project you truly are interested in because I can see it turning lost and forgotten like a lot of these kitchen tools tend to do. However as a machine, it works just fine and will do the job. Influenster gifted this tool in exchange for my opinion.

So your really must read the instructions to elite to now how to work it. So far I have only processed apples. Its pretty cool how it works. I will be trying more things soon
