Gentle cleaning and hydration
I really liked this cleansing gel, its ingredients feel soft on the skin and do not leave a feeling of dryness after using it, the texture is light, easy to apply and rinses without problem the smell is soft and pleasant, after several uses I notice. That my foot felt clean, fresh and hydrated

Great cleanser for dehydrated skin.
I've been using a different cleanser for years and my skin always felt dehydrated after. I started using the Neutrogena Hydroboost Hydrating Gel Cleanser about a month ago, and let me tell you, I love it! It foams up nicely and removes all my makeup, including mascara. The first time I used it, my skin felt super soft after. It didn't have that tight feeling I had with my old cleanser. I have sensitive, starting to age, dehydrated skin and it has not irritated my skin or broke me out.

Neutrogena quit caring about single use plastic
I have been using this product for several years and love, love, love it!!! I am not a 'product' person. No make up. This is the first face wash I ever committed to. I stuck with it because I found this refill pouch. I am committed to at least reducing my plastic consumption. The refill bag allowed me to give myself a pass for my continued use. Sadly, it appears Neutrogena decided to discontinue this. It's a sad day for me as I'll have to find a replacement.

New pump impossible to open
IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THE PUMP TO WORK. I Like the CLEANSER. HATE THE PUMP (the new one) - so much so that although I've only used neutrogena face cleanser for the past 15 years, I'm legit not buying it again until they fix this idiotic top. first bottle my father and I both tried and it broke, this time myself and brother and sister tried while carefully following directions and it broke again. and we're not dumb. we're fully functional adults. Geez Louise!

Drying
I have dry skin right now and this is supposed to by hydrating for dry skin. It is not. I’m very disappointed. I’m stuck with this bottle. I’m going to try something else from a different brand and save this for summer when my skin is oily as it changes with the weather. I feel like it cleans fine, it’s just not hydrating like it claims. Again, not going to use it during winter and will bust it out again in June

This product does not clean your face - maybe it hydrates or whatever - but i need it to remove oil and makeup and nada. why did you take fresh foaming cleanser off the market? - this stuff sucks. i think a lot of these reviews have to be fake.
