I am a horrible sleeper! I don't have a problem falling asleep but I am constantly waking up and not being able to turn my brain off. I added these to my nightly routine, and it has helped so much. I am waking up less and when I do wake up I feel more relaxed and can go back to sleep. It's like my brain has been given permission to relax. I still do take a sleeping pill as well but the combo is what works for me. Highly reccommend!

I have been very concerned with my stress levels and anxiety and have been looking for ways to manage my cortisol and physical anxiety symptoms like racing heart rate. I started taking a different magnesium glycinate gummy before bed and it ruined my sleep!! I took the gummy 2-3 hours before bed like recommend and I woildt wake up every night at 3 am and wake up in the morning from REM sleep feeling so exhausted every day. I tried the lemme relax chews as an alternative and I wanted to see what the combo of ingredients would do. I felt legitimately relaxed even with the first few times taking it. I have been dealing with a lot of work stress and even though I have a lot on my mind, I feel less physical anxiety and I feel more nonchalant overall about the stressors in my life. It’s been a month of taking these twice a day and I still feel like my stress is manageable even though my work obligations haven’t lessened. I am eager to see if the effects will last long term! But I will be a continued customer for these chews!

I gave these shoes a try in hopes that they would help me sleep. But honestly I couldn't get past the taste. While, I think they are worth a shot because I think everybody's olfactory is different.These just were not a bullseye for me.
