    Weighted bracelet

    I bought the weighted bracelets and wear them everywhere. They are easy to put on, they are comfortable, and giving me results in my arms and legs. I wear them while I’m doing house chores on my arms and on my ankles while doing my Pilates workouts.

    Good increase to everyday activities

    As someone who loves walking but wanted a plus to make my daily activity more fitness oriented I have to say these are a game changer. I wear them with compression socks, go on walks and do daily activities with them on with no issues. Definitely love that we can adjust the weight ourselves.
