    Absorbable version of vitamin K, easy to swallow capsule!

    I find that this is my go to supplement for my bones. MK7 has the bioavailable version of vitamin K. I always buy the large bottle. You only need to take one capsule a day. I highly recommend this product.

    Good Product

    I had trouble finding a low dosage K2. I like these because they are a small enough dosage to take with your total daily calcium, magnesium & D3s if you split your doses into AMs & PMs. This insures everything is absorbed properly without taking too much of the K2 in total.

    A good supplement to take...

    I take K2 because it makes sure the calcium you take goes where it is supposed to, your bones. This supplement is inexpensive and the quality is good. Add this to your supplement regimen and it will make a difference.

    I am so glad that i found this K-2 45 mcg through Swansonvitamins,this K-2 form is much better than K-1,vitamin K-2 is the most biologically active form of vitamin K for strong bone with D3,after i had seen the video about it and how K-2 moves the calcium in the human body to the right places,i decided to do what i think is the right thing to do,45 mcg is what i need ....thank you Swanson.

    Capsule nonliquid form of K2

    Was using a competiitor's brand K2 with same active ingredient. However the other brand is in liquid form. This supplement is in powdered form. Hope it works just as well.
