Solary Once Daily High Energy Vitamin

This is a wonderful vitamin - the best I have ever used. I have now used it for a number of years. I can diffinetely tell the days that I forgot to take my vitamin. There is a noticeable difference in energy. On the days I don't take it, I'm very tired & have a hard time accomplishing what I need to do. On the days I do take, I have a lot of energy & even in high stress situations it helps me to cope better. I would really recommend the two stage, timed--release version it keeps your energy level throughout the day. Thank you!
