    Great for increasing Vitamin D levels

    In 2008 my doctor called informing my Vitamin D levels were 2. From 2008 until 2023 I could never get it higher than 34. I have taken several other brands as much as 10,000 per day. It was not until I started taking the gummies did my Vitamin D levels increase to 64! I am so grateful. They taste good. I did use all the different types of Mary Ruth’s Vitamin D gummies.

    I have to say I normally take my D3 in liquid form but tried the organic D3 gummies and they dissolve so well it makes it easy to take. The only thing that would make these gummies better is if there wasn't any sugar in them (health wise).

    Delicious and safer kids

    I really love the vitamin D3 gummy‘s as they taste delicious and they are safe even for kids. The vitamin D3 gummy‘s come in organic and strawberry flavor. It is a two month supply. I enjoy taking them as well as my children. They organic gummy‘s taste more like starburst and a star shape. Very soft and easily dissolvable. As a nice chew without being sticky on the teeth. I think it’s helping and I am glad that the ingredients are, more helpful and helpful and beneficial. I can’t wait to try the vitamin D3 gummy’s with K as the vitamin K help absorb vitamin D

    D3 Gummies - not organic

    I received the D3 Gummies not organic (though it says I ordered the organic). The lemon flavor is a hit with my kids in the house. It gets hard to distinguish between the D3, Adult multi, and vitamin C with them all looking the same - so don't get distracted when opening up bottles. Other than that they taste great!
