Smooth & Hydrating Neck Cream

Really like it so far!

Saw this recommended on InStyle.com then saw it just launched on Target so wanted to try. I have a sensitive chest and this does not irritate it. I’m really like it / my neck feels more hydrated. It’s thick which I love, but blends in like a whipped lotion. Slight citrus scent but I like it.
