From what I can tell, this neck pillow is great. The contour of the pillow is perfect for cradling your head. The front drawstring is great for hanging around the neck. I especially like its portability. After using it, I can roll it up and put it back in the original bag. I also like that it comes with a sleep mask and earplugs. This was the perfect kit for my 21 hour drive to Colorado!

I wear it on the back and it's great - there's plenty of support on the sides and front so my head doesn't fall off and wake me up. I usually can't sleep on a plane. With this, I can gently go in and out for about 4 hours in one direction and sleep for 3 hours in the other, which is better than anything I've done before. If they hadn't turned on the lights, offered food, woke my kids, etc., they might have slept longer. You can press it back into its tote bag for storage.

This neck pillow is super comfortable. I bought it for extra support around my neck when I was sitting on the couch watching TV. The pillow itself is great, the memory foam doesn't get hot but stays cool and fits the neck nicely. My only complaint is that once I put it on, I usually fall asleep within 15 minutes and miss whatever show I'm watching.

I use it at home, on the sofa, watching TV or using a laptop. The design is great. The straps at the bottom of each side snap together to ensure that the pillow is safe and secure where you place it. It is incredible how easy it is to squeeze and reshape the memory foam, so you can put it back in your own handbag.

I especially like the compact size the pillow can be rolled up to and inserted in a drawstring travel bag. The pillow pops out to full size instantly when taken out of the bag. This pillow offers good neck and head support and can be worn for hours without feeling that it was getting hot. The back of the pillow does cause some protrusion forward, but this can be mitigated by lowering the back of the seat. It is very soft and comfortable. Very happy with the purchase. I have not used the eye shade of ear plugs, as I don't routinely use such aids.

I like its small size-in the handbag it comes with, it fits my hand and is about the size of a large grapefruit. The eye mask that comes with it is very comfortable. And the earplugs feel very good. I am in graduate school, and sometimes lie on my back, supporting my laptop for study. This travel pillow helps keep my neck comfortable at home. Very satisfied with this purchase.

I received mine today and am about to find another job, so this is my idea. Oh my goodness. Much smaller than expected, this is a great feature. It looks as fashionable as a neck pillow, and I will definitely fly because of its size and appearance. It looks very durable, it has a zipper that can be removed for cleaning. I find that I prefer to wear it upside down. The curve fits my shoulders perfectly, so it is safer to wear even when walking (don’t worry, I won’t be wearing it for parades nearby).

The eye mask is a good thick foam material, very comfortable and has light-shielding properties. I didn't use earplugs because I personally don't like them, so I can't comment on them. The outer side of the pillow is made of smooth and soft material, which feels cool and comfortable. The pillow material is soft foam, not super strong or super hard, but still supporting. I got this for my wife, she loves her new memory foam travel pillow and said it supports her neck better than her old one. It is very well made with a zippered cover that can be removed and washed. This pillow is definitely an upgrade from her old one and better than the ones you buy in the airport, I expect her to get many years of use out of it.
